“My move-in process was smooth and stress-free. From the start, the employees made me feel like part of a true community — more like family than just residents. I really appreciated seeing the genuine interaction between staff and residents; it speaks volumes about the atmosphere here.
The complex and grounds are beautiful, especially for an older building, and the apartment sizes and amenities are hard to beat in Lakeland for the price.
I was only here a short time due to family circumstances, but when I move back, this community will absolutely be at the top of my list. Definitely check them out and see availability.”
“In September, I would have officially lived here for a year and I’ve truly never lived anywhere where they treat you like family, a close friend, and are true support systems. I commend this complex so much for being universally different and getting to know us residence so well and accommodating any needs we have in a heartbeat. Betsy and Kieth are THE dynamic duo, and I believe that they are two hard-working individuals who genuinely love their jobs and shows it in all of the work they do around here, their hard work is the reason why this complex Runs immaculately, and visually gets better every time I step outside of my house.”
“I am a new resident here at Crystal Court Apts. I have really enjoyed the past 3 months. Location is great. The grounds are very clean and maintained. The complex is very quiet & no unwelcome guests roaming around. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for some peace & quite.”
“This place is really a nice place to live and it’s improving daily. Maintenance is very good and they will immediately jump on any maintenance issues. I believe there is now a courtesy office on site for after hour issues. The location of these apartments is great. Walking distance to Walmart, a few pubs, Merchant Walk Plaza also Kelly’s Recreation Center. They also have two swimming pools, but the greatest thing about living here is new management team. The manager is a wonderful person who will listen to any complaints and makes sure any issue is resolved with a smile. They have activities planned for the community and they communicate with everyone with texts about any activities. Sometimes food trucks are on site and the ice cream comes through almost daily. All my immediate neighbors are very friendly and all this makes this a good place to live.”
“It was a pleasure touring Audubon Oaks today with Ms. Geovanna. She was very kind, informative, and easy going. The property is beautiful! We did not see a single piece of trash throughout the whole property. The amenities offered are very nice as well! A beautiful pool, updated gym, tennis court, basketball court, play area for children, and a dog park! All of the patios face away from the parking lot, which is awesome, who doesn’t love a great view? If you are looking for a new home, I would definitely recommend Audubon oaks.”

“Great lake too walk it's about 3 miles. They also do a lot of Marathon's on Saturday's. And if you look up Lakeland ski club they also do free shows you can find them on Facebook for there schedule.”

“My move in process has been impeccable! The Property Manager Chennal has provided exceptional customer service the entire process and she's very professional. She assisted me on my tour and during the application process which is rare for Property managers. Based off my interactions with Chennal alone I rate the property a 5 because i'm a new tenant. First impressions are everything. I look forward to my stay! Since moving in any concerns have been addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. No complaints”

“Me and my husband moved in Sept 2019 and have had 0 issues. When we had a slab leak that caused our water bill to sky rocket they had a crew out same week to fix it. When we moved into the house off of Crystal Lake they offered it to us at a discounted rate due to a good rental history with them. And again when my husband passed away July of this year 2025 our lease was set to renew and they GRACIOUSLY let me and my kids move into a 2/1 at a very affordable rate that I knew I could afford for at least the first year. They have been nothing but the BEST landlords we have ever had. And I know if my husband were still alive he would disagree with every 1 star review as we have seen and experienced nothing but excellent service from them.”
“I been waiting since 2018 with the last administrator Paul Gonzalez, they told me that I was called once, that was a lie,I never heard about them,and never happened,so they put me the last one in theirs list. I tried to call a lot time from 2020 with no successful. As National Guard Army who served and still serving with the Florida State Guard, need someone who can help me in my Case since 2018. Thanks God now they are checking my case, and also they put me back on the waiting list.Thank you att Orlando Sanchez Matos.”
