“I have been coming in for an oil change every time I need one since I moved to tampa from Miami and MANNNNN IS IT MY FAVORITE SPOT. Today I came in 30 min before I had to go to work and got me done right with tires and rear wiper blade and all. The mechanic LILLY that did my oil change primarily was absolutely phenomenal. Not a single complaint ever and hey seem like they enjoy their jobs from bright n early.”

“After over a year and a half getting my overcharged, putting the wrong battery in by 2 different shops(couldn't get a refund from either battery manufacturer), bait and switch, etc from 3 different shops, I finally found a good honest mechanic shop who put the right battery in and confirmed my thoughts that the dead battery was to small. Jay and the staff were friendly, professional and honest. I finally found the mom and pop mechanic shop that Ive been searching for since I moved to the area over a year and a half ago. Highly recommend Willow Bend Automotive for your vehicle's needs.”
“Had a stripped oil bolt that absolutely wouldn't come off. Paco's Pincho said $150 with zero guarantee it would work. Insty Tune wanted $200 an hour to weld a bolt on and get it off, but I'd have to be willing to change the pan for $680 as plan B (wouldn't touch it otherwise)
Oil Frogs (Paul) said OK. They got the bolt off and changed my oil using my own oil and filter. I was charged $25 for extraction and $10 for a new bolt. $86 total bill. These guys are the best.
What could have been a complete nightmare was taken care of reasonably priced and under an hour. Definitely A#1 in my book.”

“Kyle took care of me right away, checked my car thoroughly, made sure everything was running well and fluids were topped off. He went the extra mile by using leftover trans fluid to clean off my headlights as cases had become dull over the years. He advised me that was a very short term solution I could do myself regularly or consider purchasing LED headlights, he even looked them up online and showed me. I will be a forever customer at this place!”

“Great service. Techs helped out great. A little over priced, could have done it myself cheaper but overall when you need it done get it done. Even a little pricey still cheaper then getting a new engine. I also included an air filter. And techs removed engine light on after finding disconnected MAP and loose air in take tube. Also windshield wipers replaced.

“I dont review unless is really bad service or exceptionally good. And Zach is exceptionally great. My Hubby recommended the shop. He loved them. I had the pleasure with Zach to take care of issues I had with my car. All I can say is he is freaking awesome. Anybody on the fence of where to take their car,this is the place. I can't rave enough about this place. Thank you Zach for amazing service. 😃 I will recommend to anyone that has issues.
