They did a good job of explaining account options. Staff is friendly. Occasionally the ATM is a little finnicky but that could happen anywhere. They've always been easy to use when I need a notary. I like how it is close to my house.

Ever since they switched to Truist I've had nothing but trouble with online banking and you can't get any help calling. No one will answer. Worst bank ever. I will be switching bank as soon as possible if I could give no stars I would because they don't deserve the one. SUNTRUST was wonderful never had any issue at all.
