“Amazing place and amazing people. Both the father and the daughter were amazing, nice, friendly, welcoming and everything a business should be. I emailed about a month ago and got an immediate response saying that they could do the repair on my LG stylos’ charger port. I came by on Friday and met with the daughter and told her that I have a trip the upcoming week and needed the phone fixed and she told me she would get it in asap and get it fixed. I showed up today and found out the owner has been trying to get in touch with me because he could have done it that Friday and sadly I messed up and gave him the wrong number but once I got in there he was happy to fix it and told me what happened to it and it was just amazing. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family about this place. Also the price for it was amazing. I honestly thought it would be upwards of $100 for the repair but it was so much cheaper. I really do recommend coming to this place they are the best and their customer service skills are top tier.”

“I had a horrible experience Monday with the Verizon store on 23rd street. Tuesday I went to this location on 77th street. Brian was fantastic! Brian was professional, knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. While helping get 2 new phone he didn’t even sale to transfer information he looked at our accounts and found errors that the other store created. Brian called Verizon and got them corrected as well. I will do all my business with Brian and highly recommended you do as well. Brian was an example of real customer service and doing all you can for your customers. Thanks again Brian!”

Manager Patrick and Manager Sam are very professional and provided us with exceptional service. Mathew, James and Sarah, sales and customer service are experts in electronics and they were so helpful in getting set up with new phones. They are very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable at their job! Prices are fair and competitive. When we are approached to switch providers, we always tell them, we aren't going anywhere! During Hurricane Michael in 2018, we never lost service while others were without cell service for weeks. ATT is a great company and we love our PC, FL store and employees!”

He make Cricket look/sound like the place anyone would want to have cell service from!!! He was super informative about all of the different cost effective plans that yall had to offer!!! “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was on vacation and had to buy a new phone. The young man was so helpful BUT once I got home I realized my phone had a pass code set up that I did not put on it. Long story short..went back the next day and the young lady that was also the manager spent a full hour working on my phone. She was not going to give up and thank the good lord she didn't. She got in my phone and all is good!! She was so professional and helpful!!!”
