“I recently attended the two-day drug-testing training with National Drug Screening, held August 27–28, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The training was extensive, well organized, practical, and exceptionally detailed. It covered testing procedures, compliance requirements, business operations, and the reseller program in a clear and understandable manner. One of the highlights of the training was collaborating directly with the company’s president, Mr. Joe Reilley. He was patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his ability. He answered my questions thoroughly and helped me understand both the technical and business sides of the program. In my opinion, he is one of the best professionals in the drug- and alcohol-testing industry. I left the training feeling more knowledgeable, confident, and prepared to apply what I learned to my business. I highly recommend National Drug Screening’s training to anyone interested in entering or expanding within the drug- and alcohol-testing industry. It was an excellent and worthwhile investment.”

“Just wow. I wasnt expecting such amazing service from a testing facility but it definitely made it worth it.I was assigned to a local lab testing place for pre-employment drug testing. They botched my results and nearly cost me a job. I found Concierge and the atmosphere and staff were calm and compassionate and hear my story and expited my lab testing just to help me. The best lab Ive ever been to hands downSide note: google doesnt like the address lol. So make sure you look for the Hertz off of US-1.”

“When I checked area labs Labcorp got such terrible reviews I kept looking and decided to go to SunCoast based on their excellent reviews. So glad I did! I arrived, as soon as they were finished registering me (about 7 minutes haha an earlier trip to Labcorp it took about 30 minutes AFTER using the check-in machine) they took me in, and wow my dr had the results that very afternoon!”

“Excellent first time experience at this location! At the time I arrived and signed in there was only one employee (Silvia) there to register each patient and then perform whatever procedures were requested. At the time I signed in there was only one patient ahead of me. Another patient arrived about 15 min later - a mother bringing in her teenage son for lab work. This woman clearly did not understand the concept of signing in and waiting your turn. She gave Silvia a hard time from the beginning and would not let up. The woman was rude and bullying and obviously wanted her son to go next. Silvia handled this woman with outstanding professionalism! Silvia had computer problems as well as having to deal with the rude woman and she was pure grace under pressure!! Yes, I was there a little longer than I had hoped to be but Silvia's professionalism and very pleasant manner made this a good experience and I will definitely go back there for any lab work that I need! I would highly recommend this lab to anyone needing diagnostic testing!”

“Failed to get blood on Saturday 9/19/26 Phlebotomist stuck me three times, one in right arm, left arm, and left hand. Was nice enough to wiggle the needle inside the body each time. Also tried to do right hand, however said they look too little. Was perspiring after the first stick and asked for water, she did provide, so extra star for that one. Told I was dehydrated, even though I had plenty of water. She canceled the order and said to try again in a few days. Smh. Update 9/21/26 Went back to the same quest on a Monday. Phlebotomist that did the blood work was Debbie in room 8. She was AMAZING. Super friendly, outgoing, loved her assortment of earrings, rings and I believe there was a braclet. Spoke to me during the entire time. Advised what happened on Saturday. Debbie listened, took the time to feel around and understand why, then made her own plan, keeping me apprised the entire time. A complete 180 experience from the past Saturday. I will be back for Debbie!!!!”

“Wow, if your self pay and you need labs don’t go anywhere else. I had to have labs redone in a fasted state and they were so much cheaper here than the other place I went to before this. $113 vs $500!!!Also, Sylvia took my blood and she deserves 5 stars all on her own. She is the sweetest.”

The care, friendliness and professionalism made me feel like I was part of their work family.Therapy Dog, Parsley, accompanied me and made many new friends ?. I can't remember everyone's names, but shout outs to Katie, Angela and Nebula's human mom.Thanks again for making my first (and hopefully last) experience with a broken bone tolerable. Parsley and I promise to make a visit when I'm all healed.”

“There are a few people that gave a not so favorable review. For example, the lady that complained of a long line during “lunch”??. Common sense tells me, this is a very busy part of the day. I have been going to this lab for a few years and never had issues. The staff has been professional and the process is quick for normal blood work. If it is out of pocket, I highly recommend this facility! Quest is 10x more expensive. I spent $75 compared to Quest $800+ charge. Quest is ridiculously more expensive. Unless they use gold plated needles and treat you to a steak and lobster meal afterwards, I would strongly recommend going to Steward Blood Lab!”

“Julianna at the oaks location was wonderful. She was professional, she only had to stick me once. She did not roll my vein or collapse it. She was very steady and I could not even tell when she was changing the tubes, and I had multiple tubes. I did not bruise and it was not painful. I was very happy with her lab draw.”
