I can't remember everyone's names, but shout outs to Katie, Angela and Nebula's human mom.Thanks again for making my first (and hopefully last) experience with a broken bone tolerable. “Excellent first time experience at this location! At the time I arrived and signed in there was only one employee (Silvia) there to register each patient and then perform whatever procedures were requested. At the time I signed in there was only one patient ahead of me. Another patient arrived about 15 min later - a mother bringing in her teenage son for lab work. This woman clearly did not understand the concept of signing in and waiting your turn. She gave Silvia a hard time from the beginning and would not let up. The woman was rude and bullying and obviously wanted her son to go next. Silvia handled this woman with outstanding professionalism! Silvia had computer problems as well as having to deal with the rude woman and she was pure grace under pressure!! Yes, I was there a little longer than I had hoped to be but Silvia's professionalism and very pleasant manner made this a good experience and I will definitely go back there for any lab work that I need! I would highly recommend this lab to anyone needing diagnostic testing!”

“Wow, if your self pay and you need labs don’t go anywhere else. I had to have labs redone in a fasted state and they were so much cheaper here than the other place I went to before this. $113 vs $500!!!Also, Sylvia took my blood and she deserves 5 stars all on her own. She is the sweetest.”

“There are a few people that gave a not so favorable review. For example, the lady that complained of a long line during “lunch”??. Common sense tells me, this is a very busy part of the day. I have been going to this lab for a few years and never had issues. The staff has been professional and the process is quick for normal blood work. If it is out of pocket, I highly recommend this facility! Quest is 10x more expensive. I spent $75 compared to Quest $800+ charge. Quest is ridiculously more expensive. Unless they use gold plated needles and treat you to a steak and lobster meal afterwards, I would strongly recommend going to Steward Blood Lab!”

“I am giving 5 stars to Ryan, he was so kind and patient with my teenager daughter, my daughter was first seen by someone else a very RUDE woman who doesn’t know how to treat people very well, I had to requested for someone else to do my daughters blood work, Ryan went above and beyond and he deserves not just 5 starts but the whole constellation ?, moms always wants what’s best for their children’s, and that woman before Ryan actually was so rude that she scared my daughter and made her ? to her I give 1 ⭐️ , I am sorry, but you are in the wrong job, be like Ryan patient, loving and kind. “The kiosk can be frustrating, hold your ID 6 inches below it to scan. If you are dropping off a test specimen, use the HELP button on the kiosk - and then choose the option for dropping off. My technician was Kate and she was very very professional and courteous. The waiting room is a little tight, but the patrons are handled quickly.”

“I had a decent amount of blood drawn here (for the first time in years) and I was so pleased with how wonderful the process was. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were so pleasant. When I expressed concerns to the woman taking my blood about fainting, she assured me it would be quick. One quick jab and she was chatting away with me asking me all sorts of questions keeping my attention off my blood being drawn. She even answered my questions about going to the gym afterwards with confidence. I was in and out of my 10 AM appointment within 15 minutes max. I definitely will be using LabCorp for my next blood draw! 10/10”

They botched my results and nearly cost me a job. I found Concierge and the atmosphere and staff were calm and compassionate and hear my story and expited my lab testing just to help me. The best lab Ive ever been to hands downSide note: google doesnt like the address lol. So make sure you look for the Hertz off of US-1.”
