“Just wow. I wasnt expecting such amazing service from a testing facility but it definitely made it worth it.I was assigned to a local lab testing place for pre-employment drug testing. They botched my results and nearly cost me a job. I found Concierge and the atmosphere and staff were calm and compassionate and hear my story and expited my lab testing just to help me. The best lab Ive ever been to hands downSide note: google doesnt like the address lol. So make sure you look for the Hertz off of US-1.”
“When I checked area labs Labcorp got such terrible reviews I kept looking and decided to go to SunCoast based on their excellent reviews. So glad I did! I arrived, as soon as they were finished registering me (about 7 minutes haha an earlier trip to Labcorp it took about 30 minutes AFTER using the check-in machine) they took me in, and wow my dr had the results that very afternoon!”

“Julianna at the oaks location was wonderful. She was professional, she only had to stick me once. She did not roll my vein or collapse it. She was very steady and I could not even tell when she was changing the tubes, and I had multiple tubes. I did not bruise and it was not painful. I was very happy with her lab draw.”
“I literally booked an appointment at 6:40 am, jumped in my car, got there at 6:57, and walked out at 7:03. They are so efficient. Every time. I barely have time to sit down before they are calling me in to get my blood drawn. 10/10”
“Quest Melbourne (inside Wal-Mart) has been very professional and check-in via the Quest App has been seamless and efficient. Usually seen with 5-6 minutes of scheduled time depending on how busy they are and backups. My phlebotomist has been excellent on every visit, as have been all encounters with staff. Waiting area is small so arrive 5-8 minutes before scheduled time is adequate and recommended. Labs are posted to Quest App quickly and provide a good explanation of results. Great experience all around and recommend this location.”
“I am doing talk to text due to a broken wrist. I am not sure who has a better review, me or hospice therapy dog, Parsley ? The care, friendliness and professionalism made me feel like I was part of their work family.Therapy Dog, Parsley, accompanied me and made many new friends ?. I can't remember everyone's names, but shout outs to Katie, Angela and Nebula's human mom.Thanks again for making my first (and hopefully last) experience with a broken bone tolerable. “Wow, if your self pay and you need labs don’t go anywhere else. I had to have labs redone in a fasted state and they were so much cheaper here than the other place I went to before this. $113 vs $500!!!Also, Sylvia took my blood and she deserves 5 stars all on her own. She is the sweetest.”
“There are a few people that gave a not so favorable review. For example, the lady that complained of a long line during “lunch”??. Common sense tells me, this is a very busy part of the day. I have been going to this lab for a few years and never had issues. The staff has been professional and the process is quick for normal blood work. If it is out of pocket, I highly recommend this facility! Quest is 10x more expensive. I spent $75 compared to Quest $800+ charge. Quest is ridiculously more expensive. Unless they use gold plated needles and treat you to a steak and lobster meal afterwards, I would strongly recommend going to Steward Blood Lab!”

“I recently attended the two-day drug-testing training with National Drug Screening, held August 27–28, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The training was extensive, well organized, practical, and exceptionally detailed. It covered testing procedures, compliance requirements, business operations, and the reseller program in a clear and understandable manner.
One of the highlights of the training was collaborating directly with the company’s president, Mr. Joe Reilley. He was patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his ability. He answered my questions thoroughly and helped me understand both the technical and business sides of the program. In my opinion, he is one of the best professionals in the drug- and alcohol-testing industry.
I left the training feeling more knowledgeable, confident, and prepared to apply what I learned to my business.
