“I hate to admit that I typically go to Tractor Supply (andI don't hate them) partly because it's on my way home and partly because I kind of forgot C& J is there but stopped the other day because I needed something and I was right there....I will start making the slight backtrack to go there from now on. I fully support small family owned staple companies and I will start actively doing so! Great personal service and good to see the same people every time instead of the revolving door employees at TS. They are very knowledgeable and you can depend on the information you get from them! unlike the chain who hires whoever might have had grandparents that owned chickens.”

“*THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE*~ I have ever experienced. When ordering a new waterproof cover after 4 years of extensive usage, I also wanted another comfortable cover. Ordered both on their website.Within a few minutes, I received an email notifying me that I ordered a different size for the second cover and have not purchased that size of bed in the past. They contacted me to make sure all was ordered correctly. In my case, I made a mistake in sizing and *Joe* edited the size and adjusted the payment accordingly.That made my day and I can definitely refer their team! On top of all that, the original bully bed is the longest lasting dog bed!Thank you so much!”

“I Love, Love, Love...This store! I recently moved into the area and found this gem. I have a senior dog who needed her nails cut and because she is very skittish and doesn't get along with other animals it's been a while since she has had her nails done. When I have visited other pet places they want to sedate her or muzzle her.I spoke to Brad who does the grooming and told him of my concerns and he encouraged me to bring her in so he could meet her. Well, he handled her like they knew each other for years! we were out the door nails done in no time, He also takes care of my Chihuahua. I am so very glad to have found Pet Pros of Melbourne and the wonderful people that I have met there! I am grateful to have met Brad and Vicki and now consider them family ???”

“They are VERY helpful and if one worker doesn’t know the answer to a question, they will find someone who does. Yes, the prices are a little high, but isn’t everything? It’s not like their products are cheap China products. Jennifer is very knowledgeable. And not all employees are as knowledgeable. Someone complained that someone “didn’t know anything”, did they ever think that they are new, haven’t worked there long, etc. And yes, the hours are a little inconvenient for working people, yet are open on Saturdays. As for the one complaining about them not having what you need all the time, it’s not the employees’ fault. There’s a shortage of a LOT of things these days. Shortages everywhere on everything, from production to shipping, yet no shortage on prices rising. Loving that Biden economy.”

I brought my two very small dogs in to the PetVet clinic there on Sunday (s) and my dogs received their necessary immunizations and testing at reasonable prices. “A truly unique pet store. They have a large selection of birds, snakes, reptiles and fish. Twice as many as any other store in the area. Then are the animals that no one else carries, they have lemurs, large iguanas, monkeys. My favorite animal in the store is the sloth. If only my husband would let me have one. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they are more expensive, in some cases double the price, of any other pet store around.”

“Most hobbyist complain about the big stores like petco, but I have nothing but praise for this store. I have been here several times throughout the past few years and all my experiences were positive. The one experience that prompted me to write a review was the level of service and expertise that I received yesterday. I am looking at a starter aquarium for my kiddos and met Christina (I hope I spelled it right), the fish area manager. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable, gave me great advice on setting up my tank and what I needed. Took her time to explain everything, what a great level of customer service. She walked me through the setup and even helped me compare products to find the best ones for my needs. Christina was also a sweetheart with my kids! She made a "big store" feel like a friendly neighborhood store with her kindness and expertise. PETCO you really hit it out of the park when you hired her. I'll update pics once I have the tank set up.”
