“I hate to admit that I typically go to Tractor Supply (andI don't hate them) partly because it's on my way home and partly because I kind of forgot C& J is there but stopped the other day because I needed something and I was right there....I will start making the slight backtrack to go there from now on. I fully support small family owned staple companies and I will start actively doing so! Great personal service and good to see the same people every time instead of the revolving door employees at TS. They are very knowledgeable and you can depend on the information you get from them! unlike the chain who hires whoever might have had grandparents that owned chickens.”

“They are VERY helpful and if one worker doesn’t know the answer to a question, they will find someone who does. Yes, the prices are a little high, but isn’t everything? It’s not like their products are cheap China products. Jennifer is very knowledgeable. And not all employees are as knowledgeable. Someone complained that someone “didn’t know anything”, did they ever think that they are new, haven’t worked there long, etc. And yes, the hours are a little inconvenient for working people, yet are open on Saturdays. As for the one complaining about them not having what you need all the time, it’s not the employees’ fault. There’s a shortage of a LOT of things these days. Shortages everywhere on everything, from production to shipping, yet no shortage on prices rising. Loving that Biden economy.”

“I Love, Love, Love...This store! I recently moved into the area and found this gem. I have a senior dog who needed her nails cut and because she is very skittish and doesn't get along with other animals it's been a while since she has had her nails done. When I have visited other pet places they want to sedate her or muzzle her.I spoke to Brad who does the grooming and told him of my concerns and he encouraged me to bring her in so he could meet her. Well, he handled her like they knew each other for years! we were out the door nails done in no time, He also takes care of my Chihuahua. I am so very glad to have found Pet Pros of Melbourne and the wonderful people that I have met there! I am grateful to have met Brad and Vicki and now consider them family ???”
“*THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE*~ I have ever experienced. When ordering a new waterproof cover after 4 years of extensive usage, I also wanted another comfortable cover. Ordered both on their website.Within a few minutes, I received an email notifying me that I ordered a different size for the second cover and have not purchased that size of bed in the past. They contacted me to make sure all was ordered correctly. In my case, I made a mistake in sizing and *Joe* edited the size and adjusted the payment accordingly.That made my day and I can definitely refer their team! “Excellent experience getting my cat her vaccinations which were overdue. We notified staff that we had arrived via app. We were then met by staffer who checked us in. She was pleasant and efficient. We then were escorted to the vet who vaccinated my cat. All in all a very easy process and quite affordable. ?”

“I had such a good experience both times I went in I was kind of in desperate times for my cats and the first time a young girl helped me and she was sooooo informative, she poured so my knowledge into me about male cats and how common UTI can be and how to watch for symptoms and signs. She gave me great guidance in what products to buy him to help his digestive track and they actually were a tremendous help. After 10 days of treatment I saw so much improvement in him, and I believe it really was all her doing. And then just tonight, I had my first run in, after 8 years of owning my baby of spotting my first ever flea... So obviously in a panic I ran in, and Bryan was so amazing, he immediately led me to the medicine I researched extensively online that I felt was best for my situation and family, and without any push back he got the store manager because I asked to match the price I had found online which was over 40% savings because it was on their website! I was so taken back with how exceptional of service I have gotten from this specific location both times I needed them for what I consider my 2 furry family members that I knew my best options was to spread the word! Great service, great staff, great prices, great quality products!”
