I’ve only ever had reptiles and dogs so I’m a little new to the bird scene but this bird has been something my son has been working toward for a while. “They are VERY helpful and if one worker doesn’t know the answer to a question, they will find someone who does. Yes, the prices are a little high, but isn’t everything? It’s not like their products are cheap China products. Jennifer is very knowledgeable. And not all employees are as knowledgeable. Someone complained that someone “didn’t know anything”, did they ever think that they are new, haven’t worked there long, etc. And yes, the hours are a little inconvenient for working people, yet are open on Saturdays. As for the one complaining about them not having what you need all the time, it’s not the employees’ fault. There’s a shortage of a LOT of things these days. Shortages everywhere on everything, from production to shipping, yet no shortage on prices rising. Loving that Biden economy.”

“Bully Bed is truly awesome! I bought a bed that they recommended for my golden retriever grand puppy and he ate through the side and my daughter sent them a picture and it’s being replaced. She truly appreciated it. He is going to dog training so he isn’t getting the new one until he comes back, but this company honors what they say!

“Charlie has always gone to Vetco for his shots. He gets great service the staff and vet are awesome. They text when time to come in. He got his shot about 10 min after checking in. We were able to get the 3 year rabies.”
“This was the first bath and brush grooming appointment for my two dogs and everything went great! Taryn was kind and gentle with them and she was patient when I told her about my dogs and how one of them gets nervous. I was told it would be about two hours for the both of them and she called me after an hour and 45 minutes. When I picked them up, she reported back about how well they did. They smelled and felt clean and didn’t seemed stressed at all. I was nervous to drop them off after reading poor reviews but I’m glad I did because it was a pleasant experience!”

Chloe demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism throughout the grooming process. Furthermore, the quality of her work surpassed that of any groomer he has encountered in the past 15 years. “I had such a good experience both times I went in I was kind of in desperate times for my cats and the first time a young girl helped me and she was sooooo informative, she poured so my knowledge into me about male cats and how common UTI can be and how to watch for symptoms and signs. She gave me great guidance in what products to buy him to help his digestive track and they actually were a tremendous help. After 10 days of treatment I saw so much improvement in him, and I believe it really was all her doing. And then just tonight, I had my first run in, after 8 years of owning my baby of spotting my first ever flea... So obviously in a panic I ran in, and Bryan was so amazing, he immediately led me to the medicine I researched extensively online that I felt was best for my situation and family, and without any push back he got the store manager because I asked to match the price I had found online which was over 40% savings because it was on their website! I was so taken back with how exceptional of service I have gotten from this specific location both times I needed them for what I consider my 2 furry family members that I knew my best options was to spread the word! Great service, great staff, great prices, great quality products!”
