“It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mo at MH Motor Sales! I am 15 year experienced Ford auto technician. I was looking for a car for my wife's 40th birthday. I rented cars 2 times to go buy a Ford Expedition when I showed up they were terribly misrepresented and I wasted my time and money. “I recently purchased a 2018 Buick Encore and I wasn’t 100% if it would be enough room for what I needed but I spoke to the owner and he personally told me that if for any reason I was not happy and satisfied with the car that I could bring it back within 10 days and pick out another vehicle. Well I had to bring my dog to the vet and he did not fit in the back , so back to Family Auto to see about a different option. I called b4 I went to let them know what I needed to do and they said no problem, and when I pulled in they had picked out and pulled a car that they thought would work for me up front. And I took it for a ride and it was a done deal. I got a 2015 Nissan Murano (I’ve always liked those SUV’S) it’s in really good shape for that age , Couldn’t be happier with it so far. And they kept there word about returning the Buick , no hassle and no return fee!!! I’ve read probably about 100 reviews on Family Auto and some of y’all leaving reviews and bashing them for a vehicle that has a problem or the way u were spoken to, lemme just say it’s a used car, u get what u get! U were also informed suggested to have a vehicle inspection, (if u buy a used car and don’t get it inspected that’s just foolish on ur part)anyway I got mine inspected $80 at Nissan , found to have a faulty speaker relay $10 fix. So my two cents on considering Family Auto is definitely know what u want and how much u want to spend, unless ur financing which they also do in house, The finance guy is awesome and knowledgeable and helped find a better insurance company and a hell of a lot cheaper. Also I saw reviews saying that the staff is rude and only want to sell more expensive vehicles, well DUHHH What salesman/owner wouldn’t want to have a higher sale!! But they weren’t rude to me, I could see how some of u may think that when they r telling u what there inventory is and about there online cheap cars , They were blunt and to the point no BS! The owner was 100% upfront with me and was stern the vehicles , a lot of the 2k cars need work and he was upfront about it and maybe he was abrasive but I probably was a bit annoyed and had a little attitude because I wanted a 2k car with nothing wrong with it , that rarely happens anywhere. Anyways I hope this helps someone that’s looking for a vehicle. DONT FORGET TO PAY TO HAVE ANY USED CAR INSPECTED. A couple hundred dollars could save u thousands and most importantly save ur sanity.
