Needs new management. Great location but poorly run. Poor construction planning. When finish construction ( not hopeful soon)and better management will be nice building

Very nice place, staff are kind, and helpful. My aunt and family live there, so I visit now and then. Supper clean. Gorge, and clean, with beach access!

Views are amazing. Great vacation rental, but to live full time - no. There is no concierge and front desk staff/ business center employees are lazy and rude.
