Usually hotel restaurants are just OK but this is definitely not the case with Hadashi!! Our food was absolutely amazing!! We tried a bunch but my favorite was the hamachi chili! And to top it off Naomi, our server, was amazing!!

Good sushi from the 2 times we've gone. The vegetable roll is refreshing. Tempura rolls are good. Would come back.

Located within Sandcastles Lounge, Hadashi is also a great place to gather for drinks. Try the sake, a Japanese imported beer like Sapporo or Kirin, or a green tea.
The menu at Hadashi features traditional sushi options. There are appetizers such as seaweed salad, edamame and miso soup, as well as nigiri, sashimi, classic rolls (Maki) and hand rolls (Temaki). Specialty rolls include the Hadashi Roll and The Hilton Sandestin.
