They had no issue in switching us to a van which was very convenient and ended up saving us money too. We were able to drop off the van next day and left the key in a drop box. In the ten minutes it took me to get there, they rented the van to someone else.The owner apologized and found me a van for the time period that I needed at the u-haul in destin.I was frustrated at first but the owner fixed the issue right there.”

“Good and conveniently located U-Haul store. Parking the trailers when returning may be hard at times though because of the trees and uneven surface. But the biggest advantage of this location is that they're open on weekends as well, which I really like. Sometimes we need a trailer just for weekend to work on our yard projects and I always know where to go when those needs arise.”
