Always a pleasant experience. The ladies an Dave always lets me know about special’s or new products. Cigar’s are the latest trend an Ricky’s is the place for quality, value an great customer service. Would give them 6 stars if possible.

Absolutely the BEST such store in my area for as long as I’ve been around ( Been around Quite a While ).The fellow that runs the place, Dave, always a pleasure and NOT a robot. I always spend too much money but Dave makes it seem worthwhile - inexplicably !

I called in to see if they sold red meng da kratom and the guys said he doesn't have anything like that and hung up on me. Sounded like he had an attitude because I bothered him. Apparently they cannot be bothered.
