I came in with a laundry-list of symptoms, and Kurt's spotted issues that the last two mechanics (and the dealer!) did not. Services I've had performed at Kurt's include vehicle inspection, diagnostics, replacement of all motor/transmission mounts, and soon to overhaul the tensioner/belt/pulley system on my engine. Despite being from out of town, and the shop being booked two weeks out, Kurt's took the time to complete an extensive repair on my vehicle and delivered it to me four days before my scheduled service appointment. “These guys are great!!!! I had a good paying load that needed to be picked up ASAP. But when I went to go start my truck to warm it up, the truck didn’t want to start anymore. It would just crank and crank and crank. I called for them to come out around 2am and they got to me within the hour. They found my trucks fuel pump went out and also had a few small fuel leaks. They fixed my truck and got me back out on the road quick so I can keep making money. Thanks again guys!!!!”

“These guys really saved us! Highly recommended.We were passing through the area when we heard our sprinter van making some weird noises. It’s Saturday, we drove and called around to see if anyone can have a quick look and tell us what it could be and if it would be SAFE for us to drive to our destination which is 4 hours away.Every place we called/stopped by told us that they can’t even LOOK at the car until Monday, let alone fix whatever is wrong with it. We literally went down the list of automotive places nearby. We exhausted hours and things were looking bleak.We called the number to South Naples Automotive explained our situation and they told us to come in and they will look at it right away! Problem diagnosed within 30 minutes and they looked for the parts needed. There was none nearby but we were able to get it from Ft. Meyer’s. The mechanic offered to stay late to fix our van so we can get safely on the road again.They did an excellent job and was very reasonable. Honest quality work by friendly good people. If I lived here, I would take my cars to them.”

“DO NOT under any circumstances bring your vehicle to this business. Seven weeks ago I had four new tires put on my car. Luckily, I took pictures of my wheels before my appointment because they were significantly scratched during the tire replacement and balancing process. I immediately brought this up to the store manager and he agreed that they had been damaged during my appointment. Seven weeks later, I’m still waiting for my wheels to be replaced. The store manager is rarely at work and has stopped responding to any of my attempts to communicate with him. I had a confirmed appointment this morning to have them replaced and after waiting for an hour and a half I was told they don’t even have my wheels in yet. I have never had such a bad experience at any other business in Naples. What a disappointment. Don’t waste your money.UPDATE 1/3/23: nine weeks later I got four new wheels put on my car. It was a very long process which I certainly wish I didn’t have to deal with, but I am grateful the store manager was eventually able to get approval from upper management to do the right thing and get my wheels replaced. I never heard from the district manager despite multiple voicemails and contacting their consumer solutions department twice. In the end, it was the store manager who was able to get them replaced.”
