“East Coast AutoCare is completely trustworthy and did not take advantage of a single woman. I am in town taking care of a family member who is now an outpatient of Mayo Clinic after being an inpatient for 6 months. A parking lot of a medical facility had parking curbs that decided to "grab up and yank down" a buffer device under the front bumper, also yanking loose my bumper. Darn thing was scraping on the ground. The kind gentleman there today diagnosed the issue and fixed my minivan up safe and sound until I get back to my hometown. Many thanks for super great and quick service!”

“Hands down the best auto repair shop in Jacksonville. The battery of my car is dead and after I jump started it, the convertible top and the trunk of my car got stuck. I called so many shops they said they don't fix the convertible. Some of them recommended me to the dealer.So I went to Coggin Nissan At The Avenues in Jacksonville. But the mechanics of the dealer don't know what they're doing. I'm waiting for 1 hour to fix my car and then find out they don't even know how to open the trunk with my physical key. And they said they reprogram my car twice and it won't work. In the end they charged me $189 for nothing.In the end I went to JJ's. I made the appointment for the next day. They don't have a check on fee or diagnostic fee whatsoever. As a matter of fact, they fix my car for free in 3 hours. More importantly, in order to dispute the transaction of $189 for the Nissan dealer. I have to have a new invoice to show to my bank that I will fix my car in another shop. So the next day I called JJ shamelessly to send me an invoice through my email. And they did it. They sent me a $0 invoice.Therefore, the service here is incredibly perfect! They offer you some small canned cokes, coffee, bottled water and snacks for free. The front of their shops is the waiting area that looks like someone's house. It is a similar design as my BOBA PANDA TEA SHOP, but I have a free massage chair they don't. Anyway I also like the facts that the boss JJ treats his mechanic stuff with dignity. They have a full functional kitchen for the mechanic to cook their own lunch. Also they got a shower place and the closet for the Grease monkeys to clean themselves after work.The only thing I dislike a little is the photos on the wall showing the boss taking their stuff to have some dinner maybe at their birthdays. And the JJ the boss has to be in the center of every photo frame. It literally shows the guy is self centered, LOL. but from one boss to another, all entrepreneurs are somehow narcissistic. Without it we cannot go through the dark time of our business. I'm just glad JJ's Auto Care did a good job for me. Thank you so much!”

“Best tire and wheel placement in town!! I have a high performance sports car and I was looking for help putting on some new wheels. Called other businesses in town and no one was able to help. Made one call to Jaime at RNR tire express and was taken care of without any issues. They were able to schedule an appointment at my convenience and took meticulous care of my car as well as my new and old tires. The techs Dewalt, Hector, and Tanner were not only knowledgeable but have a true passion for what they do. “I found this place last year when my hybrid battery system went out and was recommended as barely no one will work on Hyundai hybrids. Refused to get ripped off at the dealer again!!!! These people are HONEST and VERY knowledgeable. Very professional and nice and explains everything and are very fast. I will never go anywhere else. Anytime I need anything they are there for me. “I purchased 4 tires online, that came with free install. I walked in and Adrian was very personable and professional right off the bat. After he installed the tires, I spoke to him about a wheel alignment. I was told by a different shop that I needed it. He said he needs to mount the vehicle on a rack and check with a device if indeed I needed it. He came back with a tablet that showed the alignment was in the green, so I didn’t need to spend the extra money on it now. I really appreciate it this transparency, as most dealerships or shops would try to gyp me. He also explained that on some vehicles like mine, only a 2 wheel alignment can be done. The back wheels are mounted on an axle and don’t need aligned, is what I understood. In addition, he took time to explain other details about tires and vehicles in general.
Adrian, came off as honest, nice, and competent. Rare qualities nowadays. I did not feel taken advantage of nor patronized. I thoroughly recommend this tire center and hopefully you’ll get serviced by Adrian.”

We went to the Goodyear at 40 Girvin Road, in Jacksonville, Florida, and met Will Fritsche for the first time. He was friendly and professional. He gave us great advice on the best tires for the vehicle and he handled the payment directly with CarMax. Sadly, I do not meet many outstanding people in Customer Service these days.
