“Customer service was friendly and they worked with me to change my appointment when I had a scheduling conflict. They price matched the cabin air filter that I had been quoted a lower price at another location. In addition they gave me a great deal on the other services including engine air filter replacement and brake fluid exchange. The new tires are nice! All matching set Firestone Destination LE3. They worked overtime to ensure my vehicle was completed as promised and were very professional.”

“Great Service! I have a special Italian car that I don’t usually take to a local tire shop. Had a screw in my tire and the shop was close to my house. They fixed me right up! “I grazed a curb/storm drain and brought in my flat tire on the rim. Very, very professional and helpful. The lady behind the counter (I didn't get her name) was exceptionally helpful and was genuinely dedicated to providing fantastic service. Tire had to be ordered as ut was under warranty. As told, the tire was ready for pick up the following day. This was by far my best experience at this location.”

“Typically a good service center. This visit there was the issue of replacing the wrong tire, so I had to wait extra time after I inspected the vehicle for things to be corrected. I also had to reset the tire pressure in all tires as the service attendant inflated the tires incorrectly.”

“East Coast AutoCare is completely trustworthy and did not take advantage of a single woman. I am in town taking care of a family member who is now an outpatient of Mayo Clinic after being an inpatient for 6 months. A parking lot of a medical facility had parking curbs that decided to "grab up and yank down" a buffer device under the front bumper, also yanking loose my bumper. Darn thing was scraping on the ground. The kind gentleman there today diagnosed the issue and fixed my minivan up safe and sound until I get back to my hometown.
