“My first time at this facility and I have to give a huge 5 Star rating to Terry the Phlebotomist that assisted me this morning.(I wish I could give her a bigger number) I have never, ever, met anyone in this profession and of this caliber. Terry is the most caring, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and most professional. I felt like I met my family member, and since I've met her, I am proud to call her my friend and sister in the Lord. What a beautiful lady indeed. I've never had a blood draw that was totally painless. It's obvious that Terry is a skilled Phlebotomist, Blessings in fathomless measure over her, and her family in the name of Jesus. Thank you Terry, and thank you Quest.”

“I made a morning appointment. I was a little skeptical of the check in kiosk. But it turned out to be way less painless than I expected. So I checked in and had a seat in the waiting room.I was called in short order and on time. The employee that I dealt with was friendly and nice, as well as professional. I was walking out the door ten minutes after my appointment time.The building did seem like it could use some minor maintenance, but wasn't really that bad. This Quest had adequate parking, it being in a strip mall. It was easy to get to coming from route 200 ,with turning right there when headed SW. NE obviously is not an issue since it's in/out. Headed SW from there has a light at the far end near Big Lots (I think it is accessible).All in all, a painless few minutes in both terms of going to Quest, as well as the actual procedure. So although not perfect, Quest did well with this visit. The question is will go this smooth next time?”

“Checked in 15 minutes early as requested they took me early they drew my blood ladies were professional courteous and very fast the place is very clean I don't understand the negative reviews do as you're asked and you will be in-and-out quickly”

“Not sure what's up with the bad review. My experience there today was very good, from the guy who screened me for covid, to the woman at the window, to the ultrasound tech. Brooke did my ultrasound and she was excellent. I like that the room was calming, with a relaxing lamp, decorations on the wall and so on. Everyone was friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and I was in and out quickly.”

“UPDATE: I had my blood work done here with PHYLLIS she was awesome I barely felt a thing & asked me if I had obtained the insurance info for my son & she got him all taken care off it was his first time & he loved the experience because of her I will be requesting her each time! She is deff a keeper! I changed my review to a 4 star instead of a 1 star because of her!The worst place ever if I could give 0 * I would, the tech Chris had a nasty attitude because he asked me for an insurance card & I did not have ID sad that this is a medical facility and they can’t look insurance up my son had an appt at 8:10 & I had one at 8:40 I asked them to take me first while I called my sons Dr office to get his Medicaid # & they said I would have to wait until I receive his Medicaid card in the mail bcuz if I wrote something down wrong the weren’t going to be liable! What a JOKE! I went ahead obtained my sons Medicaid # from his Dr office and schedule him an appt at Labcorp! WILL NOT be returning to this location!”
