“I had a wonderful experience at Silver Springs Shores Animal Hospital! Everyone was very polite, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions. They took the time to explain the medical terminology and what they were doing in a way that I could understand. Most importantly, they were so loving, gentle, and kind with both of my dogs. My pets were genuinely cared for and treated with compassion. I ended up needing a little more care than I originally expected, but they were honest and upfront about their pricing. They also price-matched where they could, which made a big difference. I felt good leaving with an affordable bill for not just one, but two dogs! “My doggie was recently ill during the night. I called Fox Creek and even although they were jammed they told me to bring him right in. They did an assortment of testing to rule out a lot of things. “I love this place. I love all my cats. But Daisy ( white calico ) is my favorite so I whet worried easily. It is the only place il bring my cats to from now on and its brick city. They saved George’s life and I had Daisy there today. They are thorough when it comes to taking care of our cats. They truly absolutely care. I had Daisy for some issues. I requested full testing whatever necessary well they did that to cover all bases. Daisy is home now and I’m confident Drs and vet techs did the right thing. She is already acting way better. Unbelievable. My wife and I love the entire staff at this place. All so sweet and caring. Women make the best Drs”

“We are so incredibly happy to have found this amazing, independent vet clinic! Our dog, Django, is very timid and usually gets stressed at the vet, but Dr. Vance and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful with him. They were so patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. Dr. Vance was incredibly thorough during the exam, taking all the time Django needed to feel safe without ever rushing us.You can really feel the difference of a locally owned, non-corporate practice. They give you their full, undivided attention, and the pricing is very reasonable. The office is super clean and welcoming, and the great staff makes you feel right at home. We are so grateful for their compassionate care and highly recommend them!”

It’s very hard to take your little pet for someone to take care of and they were just amazing. “Dr. Chancey is absolutely wonderful! She’s seen both of our dogs — Draco, our shepherd who can be your typical high energy shepherd, and Argus, our little guy who recently had some stomach issues. She was fantastic with Draco when he had an ear infection and really itchy skin. Thanks to her expertise and care, we were able to get everything under control. When Argus suddenly wasn’t feeling well, she got him in the same day and took amazing care of him. Dr. Chancey is extremely caring, compassionate, and truly does right by your animals. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I would (and do!) recommend her to everyone looking for a vet who goes above and beyond.”

Our go-to veterinarian, Dr Reynolds, and her technician Meghyn came on very short notice to perform that procedure. As always, they were very professional and exceptionally compassionate, explaining the process and ensuring that there was no additional stress on Jessie or my wife or me.
