The customer service is great. The selection and amounts of model kits is huge and they even have a workshop area where you can build and if you didn't bring your tools they'll offer to lend some. They have raffels and prizes usually every 2-3 months. Over all a really great place and amazing people 5/5.

Excellent store, great customer service and exceptionally knowledgeable staff! Also a neat place to build your own Gundam with many other creators, to bounce ideas off of. I highly recommend this store!!!
