“I never really have taken the time to write a review but, I had the honor of dealing with Mike and Josh, They are, by far, the two best employees I've ever come across at any Advance Auto. They both went above and beyond to help me in my car needs. I will never go to another store again, its the Advance in Oxford for me, always.
From battery testing to Mike's insane amount of automotive knowledge and Josh's robust personality, these two both deserve raises. I could go on for hours about Mike and Josh. In my 87 years on this planet I have never received such dedication and devotion to my car issue, with Mike's knowledge and Josh's assistance, I was done and ready to go in no time. I would come back just to talk to those two without a car issue. Advance auto, you have NO idea how lucky you are to have these two. Thanks again.

“Found Steve while looking for someone that would take the time to do body repairs, without just replacing the parts and charging outrageous prices. I had an area on the left front that scrapped a wall and several gouges from a metal rack on the passenger door. They do it old school and actually do bodywork and at a reasonable price! Go see Steve!”
“We live in an age where customer service is lost!!! Well not here!! We purchased a dash camera last year for my Camaro. Me always having trouble with technology could not get it to work properly. I took it to Chris a year later and he replaced it as it had a bad Sim card. Great people great customer service! We have had both of our vehicles windows tinted there also! They due a fantastic job! “Guy was great at the counter. Looked the part up and showed me the view of the location on the car . Daughter was quoted over 700.00 to replace the unit . My cost was 57.00 . Parts very accessible on the car to replace. Oil change could have been a costly one . Especially when the tech tells the daughter you probably can have it done somewhere else more reasonable. These oil changing facilities need to do what they advertise and leave the mechanics to automotive repair specialist.”
“My wife and I wanted to have some work done on our 2006 diesel pusher. I stopped in to see if American Pro would be interested and met Dave, the owner. I enjoyed talking with him and felt he was professional and knowledgeable. We agreed to have me bring the coach in so he and his techs could see what the job would involve before deciding on taking it on. After looking it over Dave said his guys could tackle it. I dropped off the coach and in less than a week Dave called to let me know it was ready to be picked up. I was grateful.to find such a competent, local RV repair shop that treated me with respect and was fair and above board.
