“Rudy was our salesman and he was fantastic! The whole staff was top notch! Wasn’t pushy at all and very laid back which we really appreciated, this was by far the smoothest buying experience we have ever had! Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend! I absolutely love my new Nissan Rouge”

“Frim the time I pulled into the parking lot where Rodney came out to see how he can help, to Joshua (manager, I believe), who assisted him when asked with the most helpful attitude, to the time where my car was done, I can not say enough about how helpful and possitive they all were. I did not have an appointment, and they helped me on the spot, and fixed the problem I was having with my battery.”

“Recently we had the pleasure of having repair work done on our vehicle after it was backed into. Dale worked closely with the insurance company, we got biweekly updates on the progress of our repair from Ashlyn and the repair of our vehicle looks great! To our surprise after the body work was completed our vehicle went to detailing at Beck Car Wash/Detail. No one looks forward to needing a collision repair shop but when you do we can highly recommend this one!!”

“I had an excellent experience at AutoZone in Palatka yesterday after my truck broke down while I was out with my son. Dalton stopped what he was doing to take a look at my truck, quickly diagnosed the problem as the alternator, and helped me get exactly what I needed. The entire process was incredibly quick and professional, and I was back on the road within about an hour. As a woman, dealing with vehicle problems can sometimes be frustrating because you don’t always know whether you’re being given accurate information or being sold something you don’t actually need. I really appreciated that there was none of that here. Dalton was straightforward, knowledgeable, respectful, and focused on getting the problem solved. It’s refreshing to receive genuinely good customer service, especially when you’re already dealing with the stress of a broken-down vehicle. Dalton is an excellent representation of what customer service should look like, and I hope AutoZone recognizes employees like him who go out of their way to help customers. Five stars for Dalton and the Palatka AutoZone team. Highly recommend!”

“I'm very impressed with the technical expertise, professionalism, and work ethic from the team at C&S Commercial Truck & Van Equipment. The installations they did of partition, shelving, and dead bolt locks on my Ford Transit are all perfect. Communication was clear and quick, and both Clay and Stacey were awesome to do business with. I would absolutely hire this team again in the future.”

“This vehicle had issues maintaining it was a nightmare. Heater blower motor went out then a/c evaporator from under the dashboard there was a Short of some kind in the dashboard. They knew that there was something wrong with this car when they sold it so they unloaded it on me ended up having to trade it off on something more expensive.”

“Wow! They have restored my faith in dealership service centers! I wish all dealership service centers were like Beck! I called the day prior to make an appointment for an oil change, which I have under warranty. They had several openings and were so kind and respectful when I arrived. I told them I'd give them my warranty information but they looked it up and immediately found it, which was a very happy shock. At Nissan Universal City they refused to look up my warranty and tried to charge me for the oil change plus (see that review). But at Beck, they put their customers first! Also -- I told them to please check my alignment, which is not covered under warranty (only tire rotation is, which they did) and I said if it needed an alignment to please do it. When they finished with my car, they told me I did not need an alignment so they are HONEST as well!!! Highly recommend! It's even worth driving 40 minutes to an hour out of your way to go here!!”

“All oftne staff where super helpful and friendly. The price of scrap sure is down so i was a little shocked. The thing i did find out is its better to take batteries to autozone for store credit than to scrap for under $ 5.00 a piece.”

“They didn't end up having what I needed but they were kind enough to put eyes on the part before I committed to drive out and unfortunately I couldn't make use of the panel. Even went out of their way to call me back with other places that might work for my needs. Very kind people.”
