Dale worked closely with the insurance company, we got biweekly updates on the progress of our repair from Ashlyn and the repair of our vehicle looks great! To our surprise after the body work was completed our vehicle went to detailing at Beck Car Wash/Detail. No one looks forward to needing a collision repair shop but when you do we can highly recommend this one!!”

“I had an excellent experience at AutoZone in Palatka yesterday after my truck broke down while I was out with my son.
Dalton stopped what he was doing to take a look at my truck, quickly diagnosed the problem as the alternator, and helped me get exactly what I needed. The entire process was incredibly quick and professional, and I was back on the road within about an hour.
As a woman, dealing with vehicle problems can sometimes be frustrating because you don’t always know whether you’re being given accurate information or being sold something you don’t actually need. I really appreciated that there was none of that here. Dalton was straightforward, knowledgeable, respectful, and focused on getting the problem solved.
It’s refreshing to receive genuinely good customer service, especially when you’re already dealing with the stress of a broken-down vehicle. Dalton is an excellent representation of what customer service should look like, and I hope AutoZone recognizes employees like him who go out of their way to help customers.

“This vehicle had issues maintaining it was a nightmare. Heater blower motor went out then a/c evaporator from under the dashboard there was a Short of some kind in the dashboard. They knew that there was something wrong with this car when they sold it so they unloaded it on me ended up having to trade it off on something more expensive.”
