Jessica is so helpful and responsive - they always kept me in the loop with what was wrong with the vehicle, how long repair would take, and most importantly they gave me very accurate estimates on cost. I told them I was taking my van cross country and asked that they make sure it wouldn't leave me sitting anywhere. “A friend recommended All Star for auto maintenance and I have never had an issue with the staff. They are always pleasant and answer my 'silly' questions. They are very honest if there is an issue with the brakes, for instance, they will advise if it is safe or not to continue driving - which I appreciate, without pushing for work that does not need to be done asap. They follow up after every service to make sure we are satisfied. I highly recommend All Star for vehicle maintenance. “I had an emergency with my diesel truck and called ATO at around 1 PM. They made room for me that day and repaired my issue by 4:30 the same day. I called Ford and never heard a word and still haven't heard back from Ford in two weeks.I also took my truck back to have three more issues repaired, again since Ford could not help and another Ford in Ft Lauderdale wanted an astronomical amount of money.ATO is my new shop for my truck repairs. “Family owned and operated since 1969. Good folks good prices and friendly. Called last minute 2 miles away with a slow but noticeable leak in my rear driver side tire a passing vehicle pointed out alongside at a traffic light. Called 3-4 places that said they couldn't do anything till next dat(it was 11am) but tequesta tire said come on in. Had me out in about 30 minutes and $32 including tax for a patch and fluid top off. 2 of the 4 places I first tires said they don't do patches(it's a scam to sell you a new tire as patches are perfectly fine and been used over 100 years) I've sent a few other people there with positive experiences.”

“Came here because I was pretty darn sure that I had a drain on my battery which explained why it had died recently. I "somewhat" trusted the other shop that had installed the battery so I was assuming it wasn't the battery itself. Anyway, these guys did me a huge solid, opened it up to find the drain and said they found nothing. I asked if they were totally sure and they insisted there was no drain at all that they could detect. I offered to pay them for the diagnostic BUT THEY WOULDN'T TAKE MY MONEY because they insisted they didn't do any real work. Talk about honesty.Anyway, I went back to the other shop and had them warranty that battery. After installing the new battery myself (didn't trust the other shop anymore) I haven't had a single problem with a drain. At all. Thanks B&W.”

Being a single woman and having to do these types of services always makes me apprehensive and quite frankly, nervous. Not here. I've been coming here for years because I know I'll always be treated great but this morning these terrific men worked on my car, 3 at a time, as if I was one of their own family members. They checked everything thoroughly, fairly, gave me their recommendations and weren't pushy and I felt completely comfortable the whole time from intake to leaving. TA'VON, STEVEN, TERRY, TAFT were all first class, respectful and I felt like I was given their undivided attention. They even threw in a special perk for me with a free car wash coupon to use and reimbursed me for a coupon a had forgotten to hand to them upon checking out but remembered I had I my purse.
