The TMobile associate was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping me. No pressure to buy anything. She had to call TMobile for assistance with my problem. I got a cheaper monthly deal to booth!

Use T-Mobile Tuesday rewards and received a nice zip bag and heard about the specials my account is able to get... unfortunately the only one I wanted wasn't available on my account. The guys helping me through were very nice.
