Tire Kingdom was open late and with only 10 minutes to spare until closing they took care of our tire with no charge at all! Truly a Christmas miracle and if I lived here, I would drive out of my way to have them take care of us. I asked the guy at the counter about tires and he told me the only place that he trusts is Vannoy's. So I came over and was welcomed by a very nice gentleman. “I had a tire going flat fast and needed to get to a tire place quick. Luckily I was close enough to this place to pull in before it was too late. Upon arriving, I had a gentleman outside tell me that he didn't know if they could help me because they deal with big tires. I came in,asked the guy behind the desk and he said he had 1 tire that would work. They couldn't find that tire BUT one of the employees apparently had an old vehicle there with tires that would fit so he pulled one off his vehicle and they started putting it on mine. I had swollen lug nuts and all so it was a pain but after a few minutes they had the other tire on. I asked the guys how much I owed them and they said nothing!!! Not only did these guys save my butt in a critical situation, but they didn't even charge me! I can't recommend this place enough. These days is becoming more increasingly rare to find good people but these guys are good people. Thank you guys.”

I called Dave Howell’s and they had my tire size and could come to me. I’ve used roadside services before, but this is the best service I have ever received! They were truly so kind and provided solutions to my car troubles! I had a lot of things popping up on my dash and I was panicking since I had a big road trip coming up in a few days. They ordered my parts the day I stopped by (Thursday near closing time) and took care of my car that Monday. I can only say the highest of them! Also, incredible customer service. I highly recommend and wish I came to them sooner! P.S. they have a fixed hourly rate of $125 currently in June 2023, which I thought was nice and demonstrated their integrity as a company!”

Just bought the tires a week ago with the warranty. Tire was replaced under warranty. Very much appreciated the service and commitment to customer care.”
