Nathan at Discount Tire absolutely deserves recognition for the level of customer service he provided. From the start, he was incredibly informative, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help in every way he possibly could. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through my options, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident about what was being done.
What stood out most was that he actually cared about helping. I was already dealing with a rough patch in my day when I came in, and Nathan completely turned the experience around. Instead of leaving frustrated, I left feeling taken care of and genuinely impressed.
This is the kind of employee companies should be trying to build their customer service standards around. Discount Tire needs to look at Nathan as the gold standard for how customers should be treated. Knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile.
Experiences like this are what earn long-term customers. After the way Nathan took care of me, there is no question where I will be buying my tires from now on. Discount Tire has earned my business, and Nathan is a huge reason why.

“The call was easy and having the work done was easy. I'm new to Pensacola and am surprised how hard it is/was to find honest auto care people. Their customer service was professional and thorough and I'm sorry I didn't know about them when I had to purchase tires recently. They provided service that three other establishments said they could not or would not do for bogus reasons. I will return for tire needs and anything else they can do, should I need those particular services. I'm hoping my car is good for a while and won't need anything but we as car owners never know.”

“OKAY, WE'RE VERY KIND AND CONSIDERATE AND HAD US IN AND OUT. WE HAD TO DRIVE FOR DIFFERENT COUPLE DIFFERENT SPOTS OR GOOD ON PRICE. “I've never met such an honest person, especially when it comes to car repairs. Cory SHOWED me and explained to me why I only needed 3 tires and not 4. He also showed me the totally dry-rotted serpentine belt and a few other issues and even stayed late with his employees to make sure I didn't drive on a car that was about to fall apart. I had a hole in my tire that they were able to repair within an appropriate timeframe and saved me a lot of money in the process. “The best tire shop around! Roy Reyes is one of the good guys! A really good guy! I've gotten tires and had them installed on numerous occasions over the years. He's honest and and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. His prices are unbeatable but if you've already got your tires, he has no problem putting them on. I found a really good set at a comparable price to what he could get and he had no problem installing them for me. He just does the right thing and wants the customer to be happy! I won't use anyone else!”
“I was 400 miles away from home in Pensacola Florida. The two animals and seven year-old grandson and my daughter. Trying to get home to Georgia something happening with my vibration and steering wheel. I immediately went to Pep Boys, they were absolutely amazing people amazing. They told me what the problem was. And said they can get right on it and they absolutely did. The three ladies I spoke to, Charisma, Anna and Tosha The service was amazing.
