“I had an issue and was told it was probably the transmission which I didn't think so. I took it to Steve at Hirst and he diagnosed it not to be the transmission and said it was the mounts. I had to go out of town and he took care of it. My daughter picked it up when it was finished. He communicated very well and all was good. I would recommend them to anyone.

He was the first one out to greet us as my son and I pulled into the lot, and he did his very best to take care of us and make everything understandable all through the purchasing process.
I hate the car buying process (except for looking at cars, and driving off the lot), however Kenny made the entire process easy, welcoming, and explained all my options with caring and clarity.

“Pretty great place to get a used car. You definitely need to know what you're getting into before you come here though. Most of their cars have rebuilt titles and are decently high miles (80k-140k), but that's also why you can find some pretty decent deals. When I was walking the lot and asking questions, I wasn't pressured at all or pushed towards anything but was simply given the answers to my questions. Pretty cool place if you come in with reasonable expectations and realize you most likely will have to put repairs into the vehicles pretty soon after purchase. The car we ended up with had really bad tires, but we were able to lower the price a bit because of it. Overall I'm quite satisfied.”
