“They have been our home owners insurance company so we decided to have them as our vehicle agent as well. Erica has been great every time we have called. We can't go wrong with them as our agents.”

“Answered all my questions, told me what they needed to make my changes, made the change, and gave me my new premium. Great service, easy to talk to plus I could tell they had a smile on their face during our phone conversation.”

“Ed and his team are always excellent, not only with myself and my family/friends, but also with my clients. The ability to know that if I send someone over to him that they will receive up to date knowledge, guidance, and information is so valuable.”

“Have had homeowner’s policies for my rental properties through this agency for several years now, and I come to them every time I need a new policy. Great attention to detail and customer service. I’ve just been helped by an agent I haven’t worked with before, Jessica Gould, and she’s been outstanding!”

“Recommended to me by a friend, I have stayed with them for several years now & have had them give me multiple insurance policies for all my needs. They always do an excellent job for me. Definitely Recommend Brightway Ins agency”

“I met Donna Harris several years back and moved my insurance to her after what had been a negative experience with the lack of customer service at other companies. Throughout our business relationship Donna has always been there with solutions and outstanding service. I recently moved from Florida and, unfortunately, had to move away from Donna being our go-to person. It's been a disappointment having to move back to other, less spectacular, insurance agents. Donna is the best, I strongly recommend her to anyone tired of the not-so-satisfactory, status quo!”

“Kim and the agents over there are the best! I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years and the reason for my recent review is that when I bought a new truck, it only took 8 minutes on the phone (Monday AM) and had new policy within 20 minutes. No hassle, no problem. Thank you guys!”

“We've been with the Steve Bennett Agency and State Farm for 20 years. Every person I've ever spoken with has been pleasant and helpful. When it comes to Customer Service, they're the best I've encountered. We've never had a bad experience. They've taken very good care of us. Service is important, or we wouldn’t still be with them.My husband has worked for an insurance company for the past 15 years. It's a reputable company, but we've stayed with State Farm at the Steve Bennett Agency because we know we can count on them to take care of whatever we need. We're happy with them. In my opinion, that speaks volumes.I realize no business can please everyone, but I'm surprised by some of the reviews. One person wrote a bad review because their insurance was cancelled. Since my husband works for an insurance company, I'm familiar with the process. First of all, more than one notice will be mailed if a payment is late. Insurance companies are required to mail a notice. Customers won't receive a phone call. In addition, a final notice with a pay by date to avoid a lapse in the policy will be sent. Last, there is a notification mailed that the customer's insurance has cancelled. It doesn’t make sense that the customer didn't receive any of the notices unless they moved and didn't change their address. All notices and bills are mailed from State Farm, not from the agency. Given the fact a bill is sent to advise a customer to make their payment and at least two other notices, I feel it's unjust to blame the agency for something that isn't their responsibility. I'm sure the customer was upset that their policy was cancelled. I understand that, but as a consumer, it's our responsibility to keep track of when our bill is due and take ownership rather than blaming the agency.Given all the phone calls, emails and encounters I’ve had at the agency, it’s difficult for me to wrap my head around anyone saying people in the office were rude. That’s never been my experience. Perhaps the agency wasn’t able to do what the customer was asking due to the laws and regulations they must follow. Whatever the situation, I get that they were probably upset about something which resulted in a negative review. I realize it's their right to give a review whether it’s favorable or not. However, I hope anyone reading these reviews will take into consideration all the positive reviews. Please know, my review is based on my experience which has always been good. I'm not related to or friends with anyone in the agency. I truly feel they're great to work with and they do an outstanding job. That's why we continue to do business with them. We don't shop around for cheaper insurance because cheaper isn't always better, especially when we’re getting the kind of service they offer. We hope the Steve Bennett Agency will be around for many years to come because we plan to remain loyal customers.”

“For the most part they were helpful with information but they really aren’t as helpful as a travel agent. They more or less want you to do everything yourself. No discounts on airfare now and they are limited as to what airlines they can book. Still good for car rentals but unless you are booking the flight, the hotel and the car you may as well do it yourself. Customer service not at the top of their list. Delivered all the “we can’t do that” in a friendly manner so I was disappointed and not angry when I left.”
