“Ok so where do we begin... My agent, Kelly actually passed away, whom I've had since I purchased my home in 2018. Which I didn't know until a few days before my policy ended Nov. 2025 and the agent taking over was finally able to get into her accounts. Makes sense on why I hadn't been able to reach her by any form of contact.
Moving forward, Barbara, the agent assigned to my policy worked until I everything was renewed. My policy had lapsed, but she stayed on top until today and everything is back in order. Seems small but my mortgage company was at the extension period end and was about add a policy way out of my price range.
