Not only does Landmark have an amazing inventory but they also have highly qualified and knowledgeable staff. I have had the occasion be assisted by several of the staff. They are engaging and incredibly helpful always coming up with appropriate plant choices for particular areas whether it be a sunny or shaded area. We often have purchased large items such as trees and bushes and have been completely satisfied. The landscape team are all very polite and incredibly hard workers who do a beautiful job. Sabrina is excellent with communication by phone and email. Her ability to coordinate and orchestrate the process from the begin until fruition is outstanding.”
“Once upon a time we expected good customer service as the norm. Now it is the exception and often feels like we are inconveniencing the staff when we ask questions. Today I met Kim at Ace Hardware Tarpon Springs. She helped me with the questions I had and when they didn't have that product in stock, she took the time to find it at the Dunedin location and even called to confirm and had them hold it for me. “Today we purchased a grill from Home Depot in Port Richey, FL. After purchasing it, we discovered that the assembled grill would not fit in our SUV. I got amazing help from Jaden, Brian, and Sarah. They stood outside in blazing heat and worked together to take the top off my grill so it would fit in the back of my Santa Fe.
Jaden spent the most time helpig us, Sarah offered practical help, and Brian came with the tools to dismantle the hood. With infinite patience and good humor (including jokes by Sarah), they figured out step by step what to do. Brian saw quickly that the hood must be removed. Once he got that done, the rest was easy.
Let me say again that Jaden, Brian, and Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
They gave 5-star service, and that why I'm giving them a 5-star review.
