Truck reservations system is in disarray.The service agents were nice and accommodating, nonetheless.This is only my first bad experience with Penske.

booked a rental for moving and paid. was promised truck at a certain time only to get a 2nd phone call that the truck is not available. got stuck with help and no truck for the move. card to complain was promised that someone will call me back. You guessed it. nobody called.
