I have called 2 times about an EPI pen that my daughter NEEDS and they won’t even take me off hold. They have put me on hold for 40 minutes at this point. Horrible customer service.

Just horrible customer service. They even canceled my prescription for no reason and without notice. Not to mention not a single Walgreens in the entire bay area had it. I was "told" it would be coming from a central facility. That was before it was canceled.

Thee absolute slowest, hard to work with, workers can't hear through the speaker, horrible functioning Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. It is almost embarrassing.
