My cigarette lighter fuse blew meaning i could not charge phone or listen to bluetooth music ? #2006Hemi She found location of fuse box in my trunk and told me exactly which fuse to change! It is fixed and cost me less than 10$ ! You cannot teach work ethic or heart. You either got it or you don’t. “My A/C quit working, and the heat index outside was 106. I checked on the internet for an appointment, it said, a week away. That won't work. So, I drove to the dealership, pulled inside, Jesus (service writer), looked at the car, said to leave it, I needed something to drive, he let me use a courtesy car, from Alan Jay. 3 days later (1 was a holiday), he called, said that my car was done. I have a very good extended warranty, (even the dealerships, will honor this warranty. Everyone was very helpful, I will always take my cars, to Alan Jay.”

They had the exact battery that I was looking for and didn't try to sell me on a different one or anything extra. They also have free installation on the batteries - you can't beat that. From the time that I arrived until I was back on the road with the new battery installed was maybe 15 minutes. They were very efficient. Great job!!”

“Alan Jay Ford 3201 US Hwy 27 S, Sebring, FL 33870 I was looking to downsize to smaller crossover SUV and had the pleasure of working with Anthony Salerno. He spent close to a week answering my texts about different models they had available and explaining features, legroom, etc. They had so many great options I couldn't narrow down my search online so scheduled a meeting. He was well prepared and showed me every model I had inquired about and explained features and warranties. I was able to quickly and easily narrow my search and decided on one that was perfect for me.
