“Stopped in because my car just didn't seem right and had a check engine light. Kyle was super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He spent his time explaining things since I clearly didn't know and replaced my battery and added coolant for me. Plus, taught me how to check it and do it myself if I notice it's low. It's hard to trust mechanics sometimes especially when you don't know the problems or terminology yourself. O'Reilly's will definitely be the place I go first with any other car issues.”

“Geo done an excellent job working with us to purchase our new 2026 Rogue. Ryan also done an excellent job working with us on our financing. They were both very knowledgable about their products and procedures. We have always spent atleast 6 hours to purchase a vehicle and the people around us did not seem to care. These two will be highly recommended by us when they are wanting to purchase another vehicle. We give them both a 10 out of a score of 0 to 5. Great job guys. We had a great buying experience.”

“I called the shop to see if they were available and got to speak to Dany which he told me to bring the car, I brought the car and he got to work on it as soon as we pulled up. It took not even 10 mins to fix our car. The man knows and has a lot of knowledge about cars. Im very happy with the results of my car, it looks brand new again!!!!! I recommend this body shop before going anywhere else. It’s between McDonalds and triangle hardware just go straight n pass the gate until you see the gravel road.”

“He did very well on my build and made it look like nothing happened. He was very communicative all the way through and if you are ever in doubt a mechanic is charging too high, trust me Jesse isn’t. His quotes were very competitive to everyone else around and was a lot cheaper with better quality work. His final price was also nearly the exact same as the quotes which is very difficult for car parts. I’m very happy with the work he did for me and I’ll definitely be going back.”

“I went in for new wiper blades for my car and it took me 5 minutes at the cash register. I asked if they could put them on and they cheerfully said absolutely no problem. They put my wiper blades on in no time and disposed of the old. I've used AutoZone many times and they are my go to place four car parts and service.”

“10/10 would recommend! Eric was super professional, and friendly. I had to get my crappy tint removed and new put on. He is straightforward, knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. He was very kind to my curious child who wanted to explore his shop when we were picking up the car. I had a car tinted by him many years ago, and the results are still top notch. ?? Just go ahead and book your appointment, you won’t be disappointed!”

“Woman behind counter was the onnly person after going to three other auto parts places, that actually took the time to look up what I needed. My cigarette lighter fuse blew meaning i could not charge phone or listen to bluetooth music ? #2006Hemi She found location of fuse box in my trunk and told me exactly which fuse to change! It is fixed and cost me less than 10$ ! You cannot teach work ethic or heart. You either got it or you don’t. I am blown away by the lack of effort from employees that get paid to do a job and are just too lazy to do it. Thank you Carquest (I am sorry I do not know the employees name ). She is a keeper and a rockstar in my book. Thank you !”

“I cannot recommend the service department at Toyota in Sebring enough. They completely saved me from a nightmare situation caused by Valvoline. I brought my 2022 Corolla here for service, and the certified technicians immediately caught a major issue. My oil pan was stripped and the drain plug was cross-threaded at my last oil change with Valvoline. Toyota told me to take it over there and see if they can fix their mistake. While at Valvoline, I had to call Toyota to see if someone could advocate for my car. That’s where service advisor, Michael, stepped up immediately. When Valvoline tried to deny any wrongdoing, Michael spoke directly to their staff on my behalf. He used his professional expertise to shut down their excuses and absolutely refused to allow their technicians to act blind to the obvious damage. From there, the service manager, Kalee, took the reins to handle the corporate side of things. She spoke with Valvoline corporate and fought relentlessly for them to take full responsibility for the damage they caused. Kalee stood her ground completely and was not going to allow them to treat her like she didn't know how to do her job. Because of her fierce advocacy and professionalism, Valvoline finally backed down and paid for the repair. Toyota replaced my oil pan flawlessly and restored my peace of mind. Michael and Kalee went completely above and beyond. Their integrity, professionalism, and customer advocacy are unmatched. If you want honest, highly skilled mechanics who will truly look out for you, take your vehicle to Toyota in Sebring and ask for this amazing team.”

“Alan Jay Ford 3201 US Hwy 27 S, Sebring, FL 33870 I was looking to downsize to smaller crossover SUV and had the pleasure of working with Anthony Salerno. He spent close to a week answering my texts about different models they had available and explaining features, legroom, etc. They had so many great options I couldn't narrow down my search online so scheduled a meeting. He was well prepared and showed me every model I had inquired about and explained features and warranties. I was able to quickly and easily narrow my search and decided on one that was perfect for me. He was able to show me cars at other nearby Alan Jay dealerships so the ease of working with one person on several cars was appreciated. After looking online for weeks the prices at Alan Jay were often the best so felt confident in value I was receiving. Anthony's attention to detail and knowledge of all the models made it easy to make a decision. I would highly recommend Alan Jay, and would ask for Anthony. Whether you have questions about makes and models or know exactly what you want the level of customer service he provided far exceeded my expectations.”
