“I had an emergency … my Driver Nitro walker buckled (my fault) … I can’t get around without it … I called Affinity, where I had bought it a few years ago, to ask if they could get it fixed for me. Matt was very helpful … said to come in because they would have to look at it and mentioned a loaner. He took my name and phone number and since he left before I could get there, he made sure others were aware of my issue. When I arrived, Tyler wound up helping me. He came out to my car and unloaded my walker … saw the problem and said that he would check if they had the replacement parts to fix my walker. He mentioned the cost to fix it. Then he took it inside and immediately fixed it and got me a discount since I had bought my walker from them. Tyler was so polite, helpful and just plain awesome!!!! Thank everyone at Affinity for always treating me so wonderfully!!! Their products are top notch and fair priced and I highly recommend Affinity for your medical equipment requirements … I had also bought a few additional items from them over the past few years.”

“I cannot recommend this company enough! After Hurricane Ian, my parents needed to be evacuated from their home in Venice to the nearest hotel, which was in St, Pete Beach. My sister and I were in a panic to figure out how to help them, because we were out of state. They were in need of a recliner for my father, who is mostly wheelchair bound, can’t lay down straight, so he has to sleep in a recliner. By the time we knew they needed evacuated due to rising flood waters, it was almost closing time. We tried one other location first in the St, Pete area, but were told it was close to 5pm on Friday evening and they wouldn’t do anything until Monday. Accord was my next call, and I wish I’d called them first! They were so kind and empathetic…they called their driver who agreed to deliver it that night after hours and it was a true lifesaver for my parents. The care they took in helping us will never be forgotten. This is the kind of company I would want to work with for all my parents’ needs. Thank you so much to all the staff at Accord for being so caring during a really tough time!”

This location, the people who work here, are absolute angels who care!!I am 19 days from changing oxygen supply companies due to the absolute horrible experience with my store in NC. Over the last five years I’d been badmouthing the entire company, only to find out it’s not the company as a whole. There are good apples and bad apples. If only all of their locations treated people like the Clearwater office did, I would never leave. Shane, Melissa, and even their after hours on call technician Chevy showed me there are still people who care in the medical industry.While on vacation in Florida from NC, my floor concentrator broke. I will say the ‘after hours emergency number’ for the entire company leaves a lot to be desired as well. When I asked if they could find out the nearest location to where I was, they told me they couldn’t, but the after hours tech from NC would be able to. Long story short? He’d only been working for the company for two months, had no idea what to do about anything, and no, he couldn’t. I ended up calling the emergency number back after going to their website, typing in the zip code where I was at, and finding the nearest location for them. ? I then had to tell them to call the after hours tech for the Clearwater office. Where the NC tech took 30-45 minutes to call me, the Florida tech Chevy called me in probably five.While he was unable to get me a concentrator that night, the tone in which he spoke to me was so sympathetic and soothing that I actually felt heard. He told me the name of the manager to speak to when it was decided I would call the store when they opened at 8:00.I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience. I was able to drive to them and when I got there, Shane was so unbelievably knowledgeable about the machine. Probably the most knowledgeable person I’ve met in the 7 years of me being on oxygen. He even explained and showed me different ways of cleaning the filters and even showing me one filter and I didn’t even know about. He spent 3-4 hours trying different things, trying to fix it before ultimately having to swap it out for another one. I was okay with this, having nothing else I needed to do that day. During this time, I sat in the reception area and talked to the receptionist, Melissa. She was sooo sweet and funny! Again, she made me feel heard and helped the time pass by quickly. And remember Chevy? While I was sitting in the reception area, he called me to check on me. To make sure I’d gotten in touch with the store and that they had been able to help me. I told him that I was there at the moment.Like I said in the beginning, this store and their employees are absolute angels! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing oxygen or medical equipment! Thank you, thank you, thank you Shane, Melissa, and Chevy!!”

“We had a ramp installed through the Medicaid waiver back in December/January, can't remember when and it was not right. It was actually dangerous for my son. Mark came out and even commented that he didn't know why that was installed and yes, it was not right. He said that for our particular situation, we needed a concrete ramp!!! That is exactly what I wanted to begin with. Well. This past Saturday he had one of his concrete vendors come out and do the ramp. OMG!!!!! I went outside to make sure that we were on the same page as to what was going to be done. Not only did this man confirm but he went on to explain what he would have to do in order to meet ADA requirements for ramps. I was not only impressed but thankful. He and his crew of 2 men were awesome and I would hire them to do work in my house again!!!!!! Thank you Mark for sending these angels to my house to do the work that was needed.”

“I had to get resupplied with breathing equipment due to an unintended lapse in coverage. So once I got the green light from my pulmonologist and all that nonsense, I called this office to make sure they received the scrip etc.Once they verified my info and saw my account, they helpfully submitted the paperwork to my health insurance. It bounced back twice through no fault of theirs: so after a couple more calls, here we are.I got so tired of dealing with their "hotline" that I tracked down this office. Tom, the phone fella, was more than helpful in tracking down all the boo boos and tracking my claim's progress. He also got me scheduled to come in and get myself re-set up, so to speak.Enter today, I showed up a lil bit early just in case of paperwork. So after just a few minutes, Jackie came out to get me. She took such great care showing me what I'm entitled to receive, when I should receive it and so on.Not only did she do so in a thorough manner, but went beyond too. Jackie showed me the proper way to set up, clean and maintain my equipment. She also offers a few simple insider tips to make sure nothing happens to it nor to me by using it. Jackie gladly looked at it to be sure it was properly set, etc.All I can say in summary is that Jackie was very thorough, empathic and professional. I was provided with all the reference material and ancillary supplies I'll need for awhile until my automatic refills come along. Let's just say that after my visit to this office, I can breathe a little easier!”
