“First Enterprise employee I met was Zay who picked me up from the local body shop and took me to the rental office. He was polite, professional, and a cautious driver. I then met Marquel Bowen who handled the rental agreement. He was polite, professional, and made the process quick and easy. I was set up in a new model Jeep Gladiator which was fun to drive. When I returned my rental, I met Taylor Smith who handled the return politely and professionally. It was a very easy and quick transaction. Again, Zay drove me back to my local body shop and again it was a great experience with him. I will return and recommend Enterprise in the future because of the professionalism and care of the three aforementioned people. Thank you all!”

“Gabby at National really came through for me! I originally booked with Budget, but the rental I had didn’t have nearly enough trunk space for what I needed. After waiting over an hour trying to figure out what I was going to do because everyone was sold out, a Premium SUV was brought back at the last minute and cleaned up. Gabby was able to get me into it for a great price and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate her help! If you need a rental, go see Gabby at National—she’ll take care of you!”

“I write this review for Michael C., at the Tallahassee airport Budget rental car agency. We had rented a Budget rental car in Arizona to drive all the way to Florida. We discovered there was a serious issue with the car---front brake pads were at 5% and there was a slow leak in one of the driver side tires. We were able to make it to Tallahassee, and Michael came to our rescue! He took the time to help us find another suitable AND SAFE car. He was extremely busy, recognized our problem , and immediately helped us to find a solution. I'm so grateful for Michael going the extra mile which enabled us to continue our drive SAFELY to central Florida! THANK YOU, MICHAEL!”

“Amazing people that work at this location. I wish I had the gentle man's name that rented me car he closed on the 13th. He went over and beyond to make everything smooth then when I dropped off car on Friday the 19th at 1:30pm woman working on left side not golds member side was very simple to deal with and very pleasant. Only thing I would love to see different is employees name on in and out rental paperwork. So I can applaud them by there name in these reviews.”
