It was my first visit with Patient First Tallahassee and what a wonderful team of professionals. My Doctor /NP was excellent and listened attentively as I described how the infection unfolded, and my relevant medical history. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with her diagnosis, treatment plan and follow plans. She genuinely cared. The intake team was equally impressive,making my Intake a breeze. I was in with the care team in less than 10 minutes after arriving. With gratitude ??, I give my highest 5-star rating and will gladly reconnect them to anyone seeking urgent care!!”
“Walked in. 10 minute wait. Intake was detailed instead of superficial. (However,I recommend the person including their title or certification when greeting. I didn’t know if he was an RN or not. It doesn’t really matter, but I didn’t know what level of care provider I was speaking to.)
Intake specialist was informed and very helpful. The NP was engaging and asked a number of questions that were not part of the intake, Which was a good use of time. Then ask lots of detailed additional questions that helped me she was interested at solving the problem. The conversation was clinical yet personable.

“Reviews of any medical practice will always be subjective. My experience of American healthcare has been mixed to say the least. Insurance companies can certainly go to hell. I lived in Tallahassee for eight years and was a patient of Dr Wallace the whole time. He is a personable and caring man with a pleasant and competent team of nurse practitioners around him. I was recommended Dr Wallace by a colleague at FSU and never looked back. The lab on the first floor is very convenient and they also do some imagining on site. This was the single best medical industry experience I've had in my fourteen years in the US. I'm now back in NYC with some of the best doctors in the world but that doesn't guarantee a good overall experience. Thank you Dr Wallace and colleagues!”
