“Went to google to find an urgent care, tried this location bc the comments said the staff was friendly. They didn’t lie. I love that you can book an appointment…. My wait was under five minutes. The Dr. & CMA apologize for the wait , but I was in and out. If you fill out your paper work ahead , after you’re seen , you’re done; unless you have to make a payment. Definitely will continue to use for future urgent care needs. Thank you all for your hospitality!!!!”

“I will definitely visit this facility for quick service and diagnosis in the future! I recently moved to the city and have not yet selected a family doctor for myself or husband. I thought I had the flu, and with it being days away from Christmas wanted to confirm if I should travel. It took little effort or time with online appointment scheduling, followed by a text link to complete registration online. I was able to upload photos of my license and insurance card so that upon arrival I could just share my name then head straight to the waiting room. My wait was less than 5 minutes. I was tested for both Covid and the flu, and results took less than 15 minutes. The entire staff, from reception to intake to the PA were friendly, patient, and informative, taking the time to answer my questions and concerns. Overall it took less than 45 minutes. I will be using this facility again for my family when quick diagnosis is needed!”

“I signed up online for a COVID test and possible paxlovid prescription if I turned out positive. The office knew this before I arrived. Upon arrival I checked in, wearing a mask because I was pretty sure I was positive, and was asked to take a seat in the lobby. After about 5 minutes I volunteered to sit in my car, and they called me back in after about 10 minutes. I sat in an exam room for another 10-15 minutes before being bp'd and temped, then was swabbed, then another 20 minutes before the screen was finished, and another 10-15 before someone came to see me. So now it's been over an hour, which, while not a problem for me personally, might've been for someone with kids or a schedule. The rest of the appointment runs about 20 more minutes. The staff was professional, good at their jobs, but it did take awhile. I did get the paxlovid, recommended for people my age, but it was a process, and I only got it bc I insisted. Like most Dr. offices, you have to be your own advocate. Never go in not knowing about your condition, explain your thinking, ask questions, make them explain. It's the best approach to getting good care.”
