The sevice rep did not have on a mask and she was coughing, very unacceptable. I requested the prepaid fuel and she did not add it. If I never called to verify I would have returned the car on E and they would have charged me a arm and a leg. Be careful check your receipt.

They did not have my reserved vehicle ready in a timely manner. They were not accommodating with a reasonably priced substitute vehicle, but their customer service was commendable & pleasant. They are not easy to find, located in a collision center.
