Can't say much for patient privacy when you have to check in st a desk just inside the door and are asked for your name, reason you're here and DOB

Went for lab to draw blood. Checked in at the front which was new. Had an appointment which was new...waited 40+ minutes, but name never came up. Checked again and was told I would have to get to the back of the line and wait again.

Says they take Medicaid but none of the doctors take medicaid so... you dont take medicaid..
