They were amazing! customer service was the best that i’ve had at a burberry store. Cole was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. He texted me a perfume i was eyeing, had to go back and buy it from him! if you are being helped by him you are in good hands:)

They would not help me with a bag that was defective. Overpriced junk is what they sell this is why Louie will now get my business. I’ve spent thousands at Burberry and they did nothing to help out what once was a loyal customer I will never shop this store or this company ever again!
