LS uses fresh ingredients and has several varieties and custom options if you want to meal prep on your own. I wish I lived closer as their smoothies are the best in town. ????”

“Sprouts are great for fresh produce variety and value. Most staples aren't name brands I'm familiar with but they met my needs and worked out perfect. Nice variety of spices and seasoning packets not like most grocery stores. I enjoy trying something new. And yes, just like all stores, some items are pricey , you just move on. My biggest win is they sell venison burgers. Wish they sold venison roasts, maybe some back straps. Those burgers all crumbled up, are very tasty in my chili.”

“If you like the aroma of coffee, this is the place for you! The product at Sprouts are very good, a lot of organic and natural items. The prices can be lower or higher than other supermarkets based on my experience, you have to keep an eye on it. This store is a nice and clean, with nice decor.”

The three women i see every Monday (sorry, I’m horrible with names) are incredibly nice and extremely helpful. They always take the time to genuinely spark up a conversation. “This place was cute! I'd say your regular nutrition shop. I loved the vibe and all of the decor. I also love that they're open until 8pm during the week. The two people working were very nice and helpful. I had just come from a workout so I ordered a protein shake, the peanut butter one. They also have teas, donuts, waffles, other breakfast items and meal prep. My drink was good, he added extra peanut butter and it comes with dark chocolate on top. It wasn't as sweet as other places I've been to but that's probably a good thing. It's also a tad pricier than other places I've been, but that's okay. Overall it was a good visit and I plan to go back.”

“I love the mini desserts at Whole Foods. Yes, I know they have a wide array of fresh food here and their desserts count. They are so delicious! They are great for individuals, a date, a dinner party, whatever. The bakery staff is amazing! The rest of the store is good too. You can grab fresh flowers, vegetables, poultry, vegan items and they have decent pricing. The store is always clean, the staff is pretty helpful. Even when the lines are long (sometimes on the weekend) they move quickly. They have plenty of parking between the parking lot and garage. It's also conveniently located to many other shops and the highway.”
