She is engaging, funny and interactive. The store itself has so many options and is fun to explore. When you take the tour you get 15% off your purchase. We had an awesome time! “This location is the greatest! We went midmorning to put together a basket of gifts for Grandma. Amazing selection to choose from. There was a technical issue at the register, but Hoffman's team persevered and made the additional wait worthwhile. Who doesn't mind waiting in the amazing world of chocolate, anyway? “I’ve been coming here for over a decade and the ice cream is still as good as it’s always been and the staff are always super friendly. Prices are a bit high compared to other ice cream stores nearby but this store is still nice to come back to every now and then.”
