“My son is coming up on his third year at Bright Horizons. This center is phenomenal. I know that my son is safe, well taken care of, and BH Seven Oaks has an amazing curriculum. Yes! A curriculum! He has surpassed all of his milestones because of the attention and care this center provides. He has art time, play time, gardening, STEM activities. They have diverse activities and provide opportunities for families to come together like the Fall festival and events for Mother’s/Fathers’ Day. I adore the staff: For starters. Mrs. Maggie greets you with a smile every morning! My son cannot pass the front entryway without saying hello to her and Ms. Deehan. Ms. Diana/Ms. Angela are so amazing with my son (he asks for them on the weekends). Ms. Janet is always available to answer any administrative questions. She’s even helped me with my son’s tantrums getting him into the car seat. The staff at Seven Oaks really makes you feel like they are your village. Because it DOES take a village. I drive past 4 daycares on my way to drop off my son. I have had nothing less than a phenomenal experience from the time my son was in the infant room with Ms. Glory and Ms. Marcia- to now as a toddler. It doesn’t bother me that lunch is not provided- me personally, I like to control what my son consumes so that was not a deal breaker for me. I would highly recommend this center to any parent who feels uneasy about leaving their child at daycare. The app is a great way to stay updated on your child’s day. I enjoy watching the pictures and videos, and not once ever questioned my sons level of care.”

“Our daughter attended this daycare for three wonderful years until graduation. Prior to it she was in two other well know daycares. We appreciated the classroom camera access, which reflects the school's transparency and commitment to continuous improvement.

What impressed us most was their response during the recent safety threat in the Pasco neighborhood involving a suspect with a firearm. The team acted immediately by securing the facility, implementing safety procedures, and keeping parents informed through timely SMS updates. Their preparedness and communication gave us tremendous confidence in our child's safety.

The staff genuinely care about the children. Ms. Joanne is exceptional—always responsive to parent concerns and quick to personally assess and address any situation. Ms. Sam brings incredible energy to the classroom, keeping the kids engaged with her positive attitude, creativity, and fun costumes.

“My Son is Special Needs and sometimes needs extra care. Since day one Mary Beth has made me feel extremely comfortable with my son’s first daycare Journey. We moved back to town and had a rough time transitioning. She always reassures me that he’s fine when he’s at School. Since Becca has started at the director with the center she has made it her mission to get know my son and make his journey as smooth as possible with him being non verbal. She communicates effectively and always keeps me informed. They go out their way every day just to make sure he’s included and safe. I thank god for these two Ladies and his amazing Teachers Sa’Bria, Genesis, Molly, Marie and Carrie. “This facility and its staff are amazing! I am a children's book author and I was invited to give a show there. It was a blast! The children were VERY happy and well-behaved, a testament to how well they are cared for and how much they enjoy being there! It's a BIG building with lots of space for the kids to run and play. If you're looking for a great center for your child, this is one I would highly recommend.”

“I have two of my kids attending NTCA. Both have been since pre-k and they absolutely LOVE this school and the staff! They take the time to learn every child and parent name. These days are scary with the lack of security at school. Not at NTCA! They really go the extra mile to ensure every student is safe and have several armed security guards present at all times. This gives me a sense of comfort when dropping off my babies to learn. Not to mention, the teachers express and show love to the children. Many are parents themselves and I found that they will go the extra mile to help each child who needs it. Let’s also talk about nutrition…the only school in the area I know that cares about what the kids are consuming. Healthy and great hot lunch options that my kids enjoy! At night when my kids go to bed, they pray for their teachers and friends at this school. Anyone who wants a great school for your child, take a tour and see for yourself. Our family is very grateful for this school and all their staff!”
