My experience at Stretchlab Wesley Chapel has been very beneficial. Matt has been my flexogolist during my sessions. He is the best. Matt has excellent knowledge, hands on training, and is very gentle. He has helped me through my course of training. He takes his time to work through the session, and always listens.

Daniella is amazing!! I was a complete mess and this place was nothing but kind and supportive. Got me back walking and gave me solid advice to keep doing so.

I have been going for 2 months and I have had very positive results from increase flexibility to less back and joint pain. Shelly is my stretch therapist and she is very intuitive and knowledgeable. I recommend the service.

StretchLab Wesley Chapel offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
