I have been searching for a shop that I can trust and is convenient. I must have read 50 reviews on Cassels, and was thoroughly impressed. It also helps that it's literally one block away from where I work. All I needed today was an oil change and a basic "make sure everything else looks good". Communication was fabulous, and I am so happy to know that help is so close by. Friendliness and interest in your customer goes a long way!”

He was able to squeeze me in before thanksgiving with a morning drop off and evening pickup. The level of details this place takes sets the bar for the other shops. I recieved a call notifying me that they did an overall inspection of my truck and sent me a link with all of the pictures and details of issues they saw. Great place and very fair prices.”

“I called to have my timing belt replaced on a 2012 Honda Pilot. Jess was very knowledgeable on the initial call and knew I would also want the water pump and tensioner pulley replaced. She booked an appointment and they finished the job on time. In the process, they found one of the engine mounts was damaged and replaced it, only charging me for the part. “Miles had every opportunity to take me to the cleaners and he didn't. My Ford Explorer was acting up. The Gary Youmans (spelling) dealer claimed I needed a torque converter for $6,500.00. I had the truck towed to Dewey's from numerous recommendations and I sent the paperwork from ford along with it. Miles could have said I can save you a grand and did some work and I'd never know the difference. He offered a very cheap alternative of flushing my engine a few times and adding an additive to my transmission fluid. My SUV runs like a top now for $400. “Choosing someone to work on your truck is always so difficult. I was recommended Richmond’s by another auto mechanic who didn’t have anytime to do what I needed and was an emergency. Not only did these guys accommodate me as soon as possible and fixed the problem, they went above and beyond. I was sold the truck with a faulty drivers seatbelt and had been quoted $800 to replace it. While they were fixing my shifter they fixed that without me even asking!
