I have been a customer with magicJack for more than 6 years, but never of known that magicJack has such an unprofessional customer service. I was waiting for a long time, then talked to a guy who was rude and unhelpful. He didn't help to solve the issue and hung up my call without a bye.

Planet's worst customer service ever encountered. Don't even think about getting a Jack, nothing but technical problems and wasted time and money.
