“I visited the Miramar location for lab work and I must say that the place was very clean and sterile. I was greeted by Kayla and she was very friendly and pleasant, this calmed me being I have anxiety and white coat syndrome I felt safe. Alexandria was great also she was friendly and took my labs with ease. These young ladies should get an increase of pay it seems they do their job with compassion and they seem to love what they do. “We stopped in during our family shopping weekend and found everything we wanted and needed. The only reason we don't go to Walgreens is if there's a store sale they still want that idiotic card or your phone number. We sometimes skip coming to the store because of that but this is about our visit this time and we are giving a perfect score. They should give some thought to stopping the idea of that little discount card or phone numbers, we know of several people that say the same thing. We will be back, just not as often.”

“We purchased Esco AIRSTREAM RELIANT 6 ft Biological Safety Cabinets, 110V - 60 Hz. Gabriel was helping with this purchase, documents and freight. It was easy to work with Gabriel, very responsive, all questions resolved via email. Freight was quick. We paid on Tuesday and received the hood on Monday.”

“This Quest Diagnostics location manages the walk-in and appointments well. I make my appointment using their app and they alert me by text thirty minutes before my assigned appointment. As I arrive to the location I check in on the app. Within five minutes of my assigned appointment I am taken into the office and verify my insurance and prescription. My blood in taken by the phlebotomist and im finished in under ten minutes. Very simple and painless process. Love this location.”

“Here's my experience: easy online appointment, easy check-in. I was called in exactly on time. The phlebotomist was cheerful, efficient and very capable. I did not feel the needle insertion. All proceeded smoothly. It was almost a relaxing experience. I never felt rushed but despite my long list of labs, with urinalysis. Nevertheless everything was completed in 12 minutes, I left with a lot of time to enjoy the morning, and a great example of how to treat others from the phlebotomist.”

“I don’t understand why the bad reviews, I see now people like to complain about everything. When I arrived I went to check in (self service in a tablet and super easy). The lady at the front desk was the one who collected my blood, she was extremely talented and I say this because every time I go to my doctors office and those offices where they hire anyone the people who draw blood say they can’t “see or feel my veins” and they make me drink water and this is an excuse cause they don’t know what they are doing. I didn’t feel a thing when the person was collecting my blood, wasn’t painful or uncomfortable at all and I see they have talented and experienced personal in lab corp, I was extremely satisfied with the service and I can’t say they made me wait or were rude, from now on I’ll be visiting this place to get my labs done”

“I was a walk-in at Quest, so I did have to wait in the waiting room for a while before coming in which it tells you when checking in. They called me in and I get pretty nervous with blood work, but Rose reassured me the whole time. She kept me talking and we had a good time even though I had a lot of blood taken, left with a smile!”
