But one person in the CVS sales department, the gentleman who appears to be the manager and has been working there for years, is very insensitive and cold, and does not show any interest in the customer, is not very professional, and is sometimes rude. He does not answer customer questions in a professional manner.”

“If you've been to one CVS, you've been to them all. However, this one was VERY organized, and the introduction of self checkout kept the lines down. The customer service reps were wandering the store stocking and open to help you find the items that you were looking for. We purchased several nail polishes, a couple of snacks, and some puzzles for future road trips. prices were average, and we were in and out relatively fast. Don't let the exterior dissuade you, because although this location is near a nicer intersection of Red Bug and Tuskawilla, there are a few shady characters stationed outside. As well as a cop car chilling nearby LOL”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
