“Typical Lowe's. Pricier than Home Depot. Much easier to get out of the parking lot than the HD nearby, which is a nightmare. The store is clean and parking is plentiful. A little confusing when you walk in the front door. Stay to your right or you end up in the wrong area and it seems like 1 out of 3 times, someone does it. lol”

“Lowe's has never let me down. Today was looking to be a first. But, Jessie in Window Coverings saved the day! I was in the store to purchase a sliding glass door vertical blind. The last time I bought one was 5 years ago. Boy, have things changed in that amount of time. The selection is sparse compared to my last time. And the bargain bin generic Project Source blinds are dismal. Even the generic box they're packaged in says CHEAP! I know several people who swore at those blinds all the way back to Lowe's to return them. And the reviews back that up as well. Yeah, you get what you pay for, but I'd be ashamed to sell those. That's when I was offered assistance from a star employee. She must've seen the look of disdain on my face. Her name is Jessie. She's a hero! She listened intently to my needs then quickly made a solid recommendation. I took her advice willingly. And the choice was perfect. A very good vertical blind, custom cut at a fair price. I've been a customer of Lowe's since they first hit Florida. I Will POSITIVELY SAY that Jessie is THE BEST Lowe's Associate I've EVER dealt with. Period! Thank you so much, Jessie.”
