He's very, very generous to help me very kind, definitely one of the reasons I go to Lowe's is because the people are just wonderful they treat you nice, you know, we gotta pay what we gotta pay, but it's good to have somebody there to help you load and unload and different things like that. And Chad is the man he works in pro services.”
