Horrible, horrible, horrible. If you want your personal or small business taxes done correctly, look for another company. I am calling the better business bureau.

They have been my accountant for years and do both my business and personal taxes. I like the client portal and the payroll service is very intuitive and easy to use. They are also very responsive in answering all my questions and make me feel comfortable with my complicated taxes. Highly recommend.
