Food was just OKAY, it’s fancy and yes local celebs come here and all and stay at the 4 Seasons but I was not especially impressed. Happy to give it another try!

Nice little spot tucked away in the Four Seasons. The atmosphere is great, the service is lovely, and the food is on par for a great experience.

About the restaurant: Bar Margot fills a space on the mezzanine of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta in Midtown. The dimly lit environment attracts many post-prandial guests, who gather in conversation groups around various table configurations.Food & Drinks: Executive chef Michael Patria, who honed his skills in a variety of local and far-flung establishments, has developed a distinctive menu, so dining here may take the form of a snack and a sip or a full meal. The array of small plates is composed of the menu's most inventive ideas; some could constitute a fine light repast. Among the appetizers is a selection of cured meats, such as Pine Street Market's duck prosciutto or in-house produced options like bresaola. Or choose a composed small plate such as burrata with pistachio butter and sorghum. The half-dozen main plates offer fish, poultry and steak; we enjoyed the duck leg confit with puréed parsnip and a slice of celeriac. Executive pastry chef Lasheeda Perry produces stylish sweet meal-enders --- Biscoff Cream Pie is a banana mousse with chocolate and caramel sauces. Familiar labels from both California and Europe, with a few by-the-glass choices and also half bottles, compose the wine list. A large spirits portfolio ranges through the popular items, including tequilas. Look for the Georgia-produced organic Richland Rum for something special.
