“I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Home Center Outlet so far! We are replacing our front door, and Monica has been incredibly patient, kind and responsive with all my questions. She’s even offered to ship additional wood so that we can test out different stains and finishes before staining the entire door, and she’s having their craftsmen drill dummy holes on the non-active door at no additional cost. “I genuinely enjoyed my visit to Crate & Barrel at Lenox. I went in to peruse, saw several beautiful pieces, and then something special caught my eye: the Contour sofa.
Danny had already warmly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. But when I sat on Contour and exclaimed, “Ohhhh, this is really comfortable!” he seemed to immediately understand my excitement. He came over and said, “It IS. I thought the same thing when I first sat on it.” Then he offered to grab fabric swatches for me. Yes, Danny. I’ll take two. 😂
The best confirmation came seconds later. As I got up, another gentleman sat down and immediately called to his wife, “Hey, come sit on this. This is really comfortable and exactly what I’m looking for!” I turned around and laughed, “I thought it was just me!”
Danny returned with my swatches, and we had a great conversation about Contour, the store’s offerings, and how we could turn my discovery into a purchase. He was knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely pleasant throughout—never salesy.
I came in to browse and left with a serious contender for my living-room reboot, two swatches, and a great impression of the store.

“Navigating the website was the hardest part of this process since I am more often a mobile browser rather than on a PC. However, the prices on their cabinetry in comparison to similar 'Ready To Assemble" products from competitors fit into my budget and allowed me to really stretch my dollar to it's furthest. The cabinets were so easy to assemble - no issues there at all. Soft close doors/drawers had me all starry eyed! All pieces were delivered without any dings or broken pieces. I waited to post to see how they hold up and they have done beautifully going on 20 months now on a seldom used kitchen. I did have one issue on availability on a cabinet and they offered an upgraded replacement for almost the same price - wonderful customer service and very responsive. I not only would order cabinets from them again but AM ordering from them again today!”

Located right in Atlantic Station, parking is abundant in the covered multi-level garage. Remember to validate your parking ticket inside or at checkout. The one-way walking path is easy to follow, but if you're in a hurry, use the shortcut doors between sections.
