“After contacting close to a dozen printers--all of whom insisted on using only ugly safety paper for checks--we finally located Advantage Laser Products who worked with us to create beautifully branded, custom checks for our business. The personalized attention we received was incredible. They worked with us, our graphic artist, and our bank through an iterative process to get checks which are visually pleasing and work with our bank's rules. We couldn't be happier. Kevin and Lance really know every detail of offset printing, MICR printing, and bank compliance. They patiently explained to us and worked with us through the process. “My visit was good, bad, then good again because of Erin and Cliff. I applaud Erin and Cliff for the quick customer service recovery. I was there for an hour after an associate stepped in to assist Erin in the printing of my document.She took over, and Erin assisted. She tried and printed a lot of copies because the grey color of the document changed after they changed the cartridge. She grew frustrated, and I had to push for the issue to be resolved. After an hour and several attempts, I asked her if someone else could assist. She walked away, came back, and said, “Joe said this happens, and we can only print one more time’” The store was not busy ( 2-3 other customers), and I was never allowed to talk with Joe. Joe never saw my documents.Erin, with whom my visit started, and Cliff stepped in and completed it within a couple of minutes. Erin started the visit by finding me in the aisle and discussing my printing job. I was taken aback. Usually, they call you overhead. Her approach was very kind, and she got the job done quickly. I wished Erin stepped back in sooner, or the other young lady never stepped in. It would have saved me an hour.Customer service is present depending on who you encounter. I left a lot less frustrated because of the service recovery. Thank you, Erin and Cliff. Because of you, I will consider this business again. This location needs more employees like you.”

“Great customer service in the printing department. I came in to get some documents laminated & all three employees were welcoming & helpful. One employee took the orders, another one fulfilled & the third checked customers out. The positive flow of teamwork is evident which makes it easier for us customers. The store is in great shape & not crowded with inventory. There's various sub-departments offering an array of items aside from office supplies. If you utilize OD often, sign up for their rewards program as you get instant deals & such on future projects/purchases.”

“Office Depot, your customers love you. I have been a customer for many years. 90% of my office supplies were purchased at Office Depot. I've recently promoted your services to my new employer. Products that I've punched through you, I demonstrated at work in attempt to show my Employer how well your products are able to meet our needs. Now what do we do if you decide to close the store location that I frequent? If it were not for the fact that I am still unpacking from a recent move, I would upload photos of most of my Office Depot products. I am not allowed to take photos at work. Otherwise, there are a few items that you offer to your customers that makes my job at work so much more easier. Thank you Office Depot.”

“Went into the store to pick up a print job that I had placed online earlier. The job was finished within 2 hours of me ordering it. I also realized I needed a piece of computer equipment and they had it in stock. I even remembered that my wife needed a small umbrella for her car and indulged in an impulse buy because it was hanging there in the checkout line! It reminded me that she was in need of one. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me - a product was easy to spot behind a glass case door - that wasn’t quite opening up for us. The associate opened the adjacent door and climbed inside to retrieve the item. So I would recommend a visit. They’ll work to get you what you want. It’s still really nice to be able to physically walk into a store and leave with the items you want. Thanks again for your help.”
