They never call back whenever u call them.The answer service says that they will return ur call within 24 to 48 hours. A month later I'm still waiting on that call and I call them everyday. So if I could rate no stars I would.

Each state now has their own advocate's office. The national number is useless, but the state offices are much more responses.

The best thing to do is call your local congressman and they will get you the help you need
