“Another Auto repair business I was at for warranty work told me I needed brakes, rotors, struts and that my control arm was cracked. Quoted me $2400 plus tax minimum, said they were being nice and were giving me a 20% discount . I took it to Hunters Transmission instead because that's where I've gone since moving here. I did not need any of those things done to my car! They told me my car was all good. They knew what I had been told, knew I was expecting the bill. Instead as always they were HONEST, FAIR and excellent at what they do!!! Thank you for servicing my car!”

“My wife and I were traveling from Florida to Massachusetts in our Rv, when one of my tires failed and I was on the side of the road on I-95 in Georgia. The tire tread separated from the tire but it was holding air. I did a Google search for a tire shop near me and RTS came up as being within 21 miles. I called the shop and they gave me a price for the replacement tire so limped my RV to their shop. They waisted no time, in getting me and out with a new tire and without an appointment. RTS was a god sent, I wish I didn't have a tire failure but I did and I'm glad RTS was their to get me back on the road. Thank You.”

“I left my trailer with them for maintenance. When I picked it up, I noticed that the brakes locked up whenever I backed up. I called them, and they fixed the issue that same day. Later, a cap that protects the wheel bearing grease fell off. I called again, brought the trailer back the same day, and they fixed that as well. The guys may seem a little serious at first, but once you get to know them, they are very friendly. So far, everything has been working great. 100% recommended!”

“I got a puncture in my tire over the weekend. I have been to Rutland Tires one time before, again did not disappoint. Opened approximately on time, computer up and running. Lacey, customer service representative stated that they did not have the tire but will have it ordered and done that day. I received a breakdown of everything that was to be done before I made payment. She even called to let me know every thing was done and ready. I have been to tire places where that has not been done. When I picked it up everything was done perfectly. It actually drives better to me. If you are looking to get top notch work done, along with professional, excellent customer service for tires or other maintenance, highly recommend Rutland Tires.”

“After several months of dealing with a recurring P0420 issue and multiple unsuccessful repair attempts elsewhere, Hometown Auto Care was the shop that finally diagnosed and fixed my vehicle correctly. From the beginning, they took a methodical, professional approach. They thoroughly diagnosed the underlying issues, repaired problems that had been overlooked, installed a genuine OEM GM catalytic converter sourced through the local Chevrolet dealership, completed the necessary testing, and ultimately resolved the problem. My vehicle has been running exactly as it should ever since. What impressed me just as much was their honesty and customer service. They communicated clearly throughout the process, their labor charges were very reasonable, and they even applied a military discount without me asking. They also provided a nationwide warranty and towing coverage should one of their repairs ever fail, which gave me tremendous confidence in the quality of their work. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn't easy, but Hometown Auto Care has earned mine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for honest, high-quality automotive repair.”

“Absolutely amazing experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and treated like family. You can tell this is a crew that genuinely cares about the people who come through their doors. They took the time to help us with everything we needed, answered our questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The whole place had a very family-oriented, trustworthy atmosphere, which is something you don't find everywhere. I can't say enough good things about this crew. If you're looking for a place with great people who truly care about their customers, I HIGHLY recommend them. Definitely a 5-star experience!”

“I want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from the Goodyear team. After I got a flat tire, the employees Tom and Manny went above and beyond by staying after their shift to help me change it. They didn’t have to do that, but they took the time to make sure I was safe and able to get back on the road. Acts of kindness like this are rare and deserve to be recognized. Their willingness to help, despite being near to closing when I arrived, showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and care for others. I’m incredibly grateful for their selflessness and want to say thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Goodyear is fortunate to have employees who truly live up to the organization’s name.”

“While traveling from Florida back home to the northeast we encountered a bubble in our tire. Which could have stranded us with kids on 95 in the heat. We went from shop to shop trying to find someone who could help us on a Saturday at 4 o’clock. No one had the time or ability until we found this shop. The manager was able to get us back on the road as fast as possible even though they were busy with other customers. This shop and specifically the manager Jon has restored my faith in humanity. He changed the entire trajectory of our trip home! We will forever be grateful for your kindness Jon and wish nothing but the best for you! 🫶🏼”
