“Before moving to GA from FL Nov 2021, I had Geico for all my insurance needs. The customer service I had experienced with them was okay and I felt it was the norm to be okay in a world where customer service is not so good with whatever companies, insurance, cable providers...UGH and whatnot. Before my move, I was given a quote by Rob Dunegan's staff at Allstate for both homeowners and auto insurance that Geico couldn't touch. Through the year and a half that I've been in Georgia, I've made several changes and have dealt primarily with SHANNON, BRIAN and SCOTT. I cannot even come up with a word that goes beyond EXCEPTIONAL X 1 BILLION for the service I have received from those 2 wonderful people along with others on his staff. The professionalism and knowledge they have is unsurpassable and as I look back, okay is not okay. The time they spend with me ensuring that my needs are met in every aspect possible is another word I don't think exists in the English language! If other companies put fourth even 10% of the 100% of what I have received from Rob's, the world would be a much happier place. “I have purchased more cars than I can count over the yrs and dread going through the process so much that it had been more than 10 yrs since my last purchase, and long overdue to add another vehicle to our family so our 16 yr old could drive herself to school. I hunted high and low for a Jeep Wrangler in and around St. Augustine, Fl. area but couldn’t seem to find one in my price range and decent enough for the money. A little over a month ago I stumbled across one on Facebook Marketplace and turns out it was in Brunswick, Ga at Lighthouse Automotive. I made a trip up found not only was it a great price, but excellent condition for the price as well. I had no sales pressure and made a hand shake deal to bring my husband back the next day. They accommodated staying late for him to see and test drive the vehicle as well. They made multiple accommodations out of their realm to help us with our bank loan since we were buying out of our state. Dale and Jesse definitely made our experience of buying our Jeep as pleasant and smooth as possible. I highly recommend them and will definitely look at their inventory first next time I’m in the market for another vehicle.”

“Edit 8/9/2023: I received an email from Kicklighter Insurance about 1-week after being notified by Heritage Insurance with several new policy quotes. I am assuming they were doing their due diligence and getting new quotes before contacting me. However, some communication from Kicklighter Insurance prior to an email would have been helpful.------Went with Kicklighter Insurance when we were purchasing our home. They weren't the cheapest, but they were local and we wanted to support a local agent and have an office in town...worst decision ever! From the beginning, Kicklighter Ins has been very poor at communicating anything with us and we've now received two letters from the corporate office (Heritage Ins) stating they would not be renewing our policy...first time we received a letter we never received a call or notice from Kicklighter Ins and we had to call them several times to resolve a very simple issue. This last time, same thing! Except this time Heritage Ins states they can't renew the policy because Kicklighter Ins and Heritage Ins are no longer affiliated. Again, Kicklighter Ins did not communicate this with us, even though they knew this information long before I received the notice from Heritage Insurance (Tampa, FL). Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend Kicklighter if they were the last insurance agency on earth!! There are plenty of options, do your due diligence and choose wisely.”
