“I randomly stopped in to Luxe Jewelers to just browse since it’s been a while walking into a jewelry store. I was calmly greeted by G and he asked if there was anything he can help me with. Even though the website says low in stock or not available, we went ahead and took a risk.Sure enough, the items we needed to exchange were there so that saved us time on having to drive to Lenox.The staff was friendly and understanding. I just wouldn't come to the mall during peak holiday seasons (but that is me).”
