“More Than a Jeweler — A Story I’ll Never Forget
Years ago, I bought my two sons matching diamond crosses for Christmas. Those crosses became much more than jewelry to them. My boys wore them for years and rarely, if ever, took them off.
Unfortunately, my youngest son took his cross off one day, and it was stolen. He was heartbroken. I went back to where I originally purchased it, only to learn that the cross had been discontinued. I searched everywhere trying to find another one just like it, with no luck.
Then I met Shah at Diamonds World.
I shared the story with Shah and showed him what I was trying to replace. He didn’t just see a piece of jewelry—he understood what that cross meant to my son and to me as his father. The story genuinely touched him, and he became emotional hearing it.
