I took in my wife's rings to be resized (newly married), not only was it a fast turn around (an hour for two rings) but also a very knowledgeable and kind staff to work with. The absolute best part about the experience was the original jeweler who we purchased from had mis-sized her finger so the resizing was not correct; no fault of the Fast-Fix staff at all; they correctly sized her finger and completed a second resizing within 30 minutes completely free of charge even though it was our error. Even though the website says low in stock or not available, we went ahead and took a risk.Sure enough, the items we needed to exchange were there so that saved us time on having to drive to Lenox.The staff was friendly and understanding. I just wouldn't come to the mall during peak holiday seasons (but that is me).”
